Abstract

The analysis forest fires in Ukraine and abroad is done. There is a tendency to the increase of amount of forest fires and losses inflicted by it in Europe and Ukraine. It requires the measures aimed at the tasks such as management of emergencies with the aim of minimization of time and charges on providing of their liquidation.

The system of providing of acceptance of optimal project decision at process control of extinguishing of forest fires has a complex hierarchical multilevel structure with some connections and functions in the conditions of vagueness of emergency situations.

The productivity and efficiency of system’s work depends on the following of objective factors. One of the factors is continuance and quality in-line processing.

The system’s improvement of acceptance the optimal project decision under the management of forest fires extinguishing with the use of information systems is offered. The structure of the informative system was built under taking decision in case of project and oriented process control of forest fire extinguishing. The scheme of leader’s job in case of forest fire extinguishing is shown.
