Abstract

On the basis of theories of project-oriented management an integration model diagram of innovative mechanisms is proposed, which takes into account the laws and characteristics of human behavior during the motion in the form of human route flows through the human evacuation routes in emergencies: natural and man-made disasters or fire. All levels of pyramidal structure are analyzed and process, scenario and system approaches for highly efficient management of complex systems of human route flows through the human evacuation routes in case of fire or emergency are allocated. Efficiency of evacuation of flow of people is achieved by presenting the integration model in form of supervisor modules and files of methods, models, tools and expertise module with possible access to the internet module. This approach allows easy access to library databases, bibliographic reference, and accordingly solves the issue of automatic selection and processing of reliable information. The project management methodology of safe evacuation of human flows through evacuation routes at the stadiums during sporting events, which synthesized in itself a critical path method and project-oriented management is proposed (MS Project, Primavera, Oracle). Subject area of safe evacuation of human flows during sporting events at the stadiums is described as analytical dependence which takes into account the optimization of time and human resources.
