Improvement of methodical approaches to building of integrated management systems at metallurgical industry enterprises

Today The International Standards Organization (ISO) states the fact of significant market demand for the introduction of standards of quality management system, environmental management and related industry systems. This is especially important for the metallurgical industries, where the production causes pollution and accidents.
The objective of the work is to develop guidelines as to the creation of an integrated management system for metallurgical industry enterprises.
The results of the study permitted to develop a specific algorithm for creation of integrated management systems. The suggested algorithm allows choosing the most effective schemes of creation of integrated management systems, taking into account specificity of production, on the basis of application of the method of expert evaluation, the method of regression analysis, the method of introduction of the metric in space functions and the method of computer simulation.
The study results are useful at the metallurgical industry enterprises.
The suggested algorithm permits to select the most efficient scheme for creation of the integrated management system and creates conditions for the upswing of a company's image by reducing internal and external risks of its activityReferences
