Open Access and Article Processing Charge

There is no fee for publishing articles in the journal in 2022.

From 2023, the journal plans to introduce a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover administration and peer review management costs, professional production of articles in PDF format, and distribution of published articles to various venues, in addition to other publishing functions.

As an Open Access title, publishing an article in this journal requires an Article Processing Charge (APC) that will be billed to the submitting author following acceptance. Apart from this Article Processing Charge, there are no other fees (for example submission charges, page charges, or color charges).
