Ландшафтно-екологічне планування, як підґрунтя управлінських рішень про надання екосистемних послуг

Анотація

Стаття містить теоретичне узагальнення проведених автором досліджень в напрямку адаптації європейської методики ландшафтного планування для України, шляхом створення системи ландшафтно-екологічного планування територій різного функціонального призначення.Зростання прикладної спрямованості географічних і екологічних досліджень зумовило здійснення автором аналізу можливості використання ландшафтно-екологічного планування для розробки управлінських рішень з надання екосистемних послуг. На основі аналізу моделей ландшафтного планування і екосистемних послуг, існуючих у Європі, розроблено принципово відмінні моделі, що відповідають українським особливостям. Виділено ключові сегменти моделі, що забезпечують прийняття коректного управлінського рішення щодо надання екосистемних послуг. Аргументовано, що проведення ландшафтно-екологічного планування дає базову інформацію як про наявність екосистемного капіталу, так і про обмеженнях його використання на певній території. Циклічність моделі реалізації управлінського рішення доводить її життєздатність в ринкових умовах.
