We can suppose that earthquakes (EQ) and volcano eruption precursors have an aperiodic temporal regime appearing once or several times before EQ. Data of processing of 3 components of geomagnetic field in 17 Japanese observatories are presented by temporal sets of induction vector components. For 4 observatories near to catastrophic Tohoku earthquake of 11.03.2011 the variations of induction vectors are presented.</a></div>}, number={1}, journal={Geofizicheskiy Zhurnal}, author={Babak, V.
