Abstract

The article considers basis functional impairments and methodic principles to applications means of physical rehabilitation patients after ischemic stroke on earlier periods of recovery. In addition, the article included results of examination the functional and psychological condition of the body on middle-aged and elderly after ischemic stroke in early rehabilitation period in hospital. Developed a complex program of physical rehabilitation for this group of patients with a modified technique of practice the functional activity. Estimated and brought to affect the effectiveness of the developed program of physical rehabilitation on motor recovery and improvement in the level of neurological status.
