спортсменів з акробатичного рок-н-ролю (4 спортивні пари: партнерки n=4, партнери n=4), відповідно до Національної збірної України вікової категорії «дорослі» (основний клас контактний стиль). ). </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Кваліфікація учасників дослідження: майстер спорту України, майстер спорту України міжнародного класу. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Методи дослідження: теоретичний аналіз і узагальнення науково-методичної літератури, педагогічне спостереження, педагогічне тестування, педагогічний експеримент, методи математичної статистики. </span></span><strong><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Результати:</span></span></strong><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">виявлено, що на рівень спеціальної фізичної підготовленості кваліфікованих спортсменів з акроматичного рок-н-ролу позитивно впливають на включення у навчально-тренувальний процес комплексів у функціональному тренінгу. </span></span><strong><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Висновки:</span></span></strong><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"> встановлено позитивний вплив використання розроблених комплексів функціонального тренінгу на рівень спеціальної фізичної підготовленості спортсменів з акроматичного рок-н-ролу. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Підтвердженням ефективності розробленої http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/267254 <p><strong>Purpose</strong>: Knowing what the main visions are that try to understand the nature of motivation in the sports field in order to suggest new angles and variables through which the subject of motivation in the sports field can be understood.</p> <p><strong>Material and methods</strong>: Since the method of induction means an attempt to move from the specific to the general, and to reach general judgments by following the particulars. For this reason, in order to understand the general angles that the literature on the subject of motivation in the sports field touched upon. We chose the inductive approach that enables us to understand the issue of motivation in the sports field.</p> <p><strong>Results</strong>: First, researchers disagree about giving a specific and fixed term about motivation, as we find that the most important terms that is almost synonymous with motivation is! motive , need ,&nbsp; drive , Incentive... However, although these terms are ostensibly different, they agree that they all drive and drive behavior to satisfy one's needs and achieve one's goals. Second, the different visions that the researchers touched on the subject of motivation, as they touched on many angles such as interest in what motivation leads to in sports in general, as well as what makes and develops it. Finally, understanding the subject of motivation requires understanding the philosophy of motivation itself so that we can understand what it is more and know the variables that make the difference to the motivation of actors in the sports field.</p> <p><strong>Conclusions</strong>: Despite the large number of researchers’ contributions on the subject of motivation in the sports field, this study concluded a total of the main dimensions that enable us to understand the subject of motivation more.</p> <p><strong>Keywords</strong>: Sports Achievement, Realistic Aspirations, psychological pressures.</p> Ahmed Ben mohamed, Abdelhakim Layadi Copyright (c) http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/267254 Diagnosis of overtraining and the main aspects of recovery of athletes after excessive physical loads http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/266941 <p>Purpose. Based on the study of scientific literature and Internet sources, analyze the main causes of overtraining and determine methods that will contribute to rapid recovery. <strong>Materials and methods.</strong> The research material is scientific literature and Internet sources, which highlight the risk factors of overtraining associated with sports, which subsequently lead to the development of pathological conditions and solving the problems of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of this condition. Research methods: analysis, generalization and systematization of data. <strong>Results.</strong> The modern state of sports is characterized by an increase in the professional level, which means a high level of competition between athletes, which implies an increase in the requirements for the level of functional fitness of athletes. High and excessive physical exertion, along with other factors associated with sports, lead to the development of pathological conditions. Overtraining is a state of excessive volume or intensity of exercises, which leads to a decrease in athletic performance in a certain sport. When training loads reach the individual «breaking point» of an athlete, he can be considered overtrained. With adequate rest and recovery (and not too much stress), performance can be improved. Sports of higher achievements require athletes to display a high level of physical fitness and emotional stability. Daily excessive loads, reducing the amount of recovery time, forcing the training of athletes can lead to the emergence of a state of overtraining. <strong>Conclusions.</strong> Thus, overtraining is a condition diagnosed in athletes with reduced performance and fatigue, triggered by metabolic, immune, hormonal, social, neurological and other dysfunctions and resulting from an imbalance between training stress and adequate recovery.</p> Валентина Шевець Copyright (c) http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/266941 МОРФОФУНКЦІОНАЛЬНІ ПОКАЗНИКИ ТХЕКВОНДИСТІВ 14–15 РОКІВ http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/266398 <p><strong>Мета:</strong> визначити показники прояву морфофункціональних особливостей тхеквондистів 14–15 років.</p> <p><strong>Матеріал і методи:</strong> для оцінки морфофункціональних показників проводилися обстеження із дотриманням основних вимог уніфікованих методик антропометричних досліджень. Для порівняльного аналізу були визначені антропометричні показники, які традиційно використовуються при аналізі фізичного розвитку спортсменів: довжини та маси тіла, обхват грудної клітки, кистьової динамометрії обома руками.<strong> Методи дослідження:</strong> аналіз і узагальнення науково-методичної та спеціальної літератури, інформації в мережі Internet; бесіди з тренерами; педагогічне спостереження; узагальнення практичного досвіду провідних тренерів; антропометричні методи; метод індексів, методи математичної статистики.</p> <p><strong>Результати:</strong> Аналіз морфофункціональних показників тхеквондистів 14–15 років показав, що середній показник ваги тіла спортсменів зріс на 16,5&nbsp;%, а довжина тіла на 4,7&nbsp;%. Показник екскурсії легенів збільшився на 4,9&nbsp;%. Приріст показників кистьової динамометрії лівої руки збільшився на 15,2 та правої на 15,3%. Аналіз індексів фізичного розвитку тхеквондистів показав, що індекс маси тіла у тхеквондистів 14 та 15 років знаходиться у межах норми Показник індексу Вервека, у юніорів дорівнює 0,87±0,01 а у кадетів – 0,93±0,01. Показник Індексу Ерісмана свідчить, що у тхеквондистів 14–15 років він знаходиться в межах норми. У кадетів цей показник має негативне значення –0,27±0,75, що свідчить про вузьку грудну клітину.</p> <p><strong>Висновки:</strong> Дослідженнями встановлено, що 14–15 річний вік у спортсменів спеціалізації тхеквондо характеризується бурхливим періодом розвитку що відображається у збільшенні ваги тіла у середньому на 7,55&nbsp;кг та зросту – 7,26 см, що відображає фізіологічний період розвитку спортсменів, який притаманний підлітковому віку. Встановлено, що 14–15 річні спортсмени мають астетичний тип будови тіла, але в 15 річному віці у спортсменів вже значно частіше зустрічається нормостенічний тип будови тіла, а гіперстенічний тип будови тіла зустрічається лише у представників найважчих вагових категорій.</p> <p><strong>Ключові слова:</strong> тхеквондо, морфофункціональні показники, розвиток, індекси фізичного розвитку, довжина тіла, вага, кистьова динамометрія.</p> Ігор Пашков, Вікторія Пашкова Copyright (c) http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/266398 A comparative study of psychological burnout levels among teachers of physical education and sports in middle and secondary stages (Algeria-El Bayadh) http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/266350 <p>The objective of the study is to determine the degree of extent of the phenomenon of psychological exhaustion among teachers of physical education and sports at the secondary and middle levels of education. For this study, the researchers relied on the descriptive approach for it fits the subject of the study. The sample consisted of (60) teachers, including (40) of the average level of education chosen at random. The researchers opted for the burnout scale introduced by Seidman and Zager 1994 and translated into Arabic by Adel Abdullah (1994). After statistical treatment, the results showed that teachers of physical education and sports are characterized by moderate degrees of psychological exhaustion. The study also revealed statistically significant differences in favor of middle school teachers.</p> djamel kada Copyright (c) http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/266350 JUSTIFICATION OF THE CONCEPT OF FORMATION OF CULTURE OF SCHOOL-AGED CHILDREN’S FREE TIME THROUGH THE USE OF DIFFERENT FORMS OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/266222 <p><strong>Purpose</strong>: to define theoretical and methodological foundations and to justify the directions of implementation of the concept of formation of culture of school-aged children’s free time through the use of different forms of physical activity</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Materials and methods</strong><strong>: </strong>pupils of comprehensive schools aged 12-14 and 15-17 years old as well as leading specialists of specialized higher educational institutions of Ukraine took part in the study. During the study the following methods were used: analysis of scientific and methodical literature, general scientific methods of theoretical cognition (induction, deduction, analysis and synthesis, comparison), survey, expert appraisal, methods of mathematical statistics.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Results</strong><strong>: </strong>On the basis of empirical data obtained based on the results of specially organized sociological surveys and taking into account certain provisions of regulatory legal and legislative acts of Ukraine, there were defined primary problems of children’s physical activity in their free time and outlined the directions aimed at the solution of the corresponding tasks. In the study there are presented the results of expert appraisal of suggested directions carried out by a group of specially chosen experts. With the help of expert appraisal there was checked the potential efficiency of the mechanisms of formation of culture of pupil’s free time through the use of different forms of physical activity.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Conclusions</strong><strong>: </strong>there were defined theoretical and methodological foundations of the concept of formation of culture of school-aged children’s free time through the use of different forms of physical activity and there was proven the potential efficiency of suggested directions of the concept implementation.</p> <p><strong>Key words</strong><strong>:</strong> physical activity, pupils, free time, leisure, concept.</p> a Copyright (c) http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/266222 Game stretching as a modern means of developing the flexibility of 5–6-year-old female gymnasts http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/265164 <p><strong>Purpose: </strong>to prove the effectiveness of the technique of game stretching to increase the level of development of flexibility in female gymnasts aged 5-6 years.</p> <p><strong>Material &amp; Methods: </strong>the study involved 30 female athletes aged 5-6 years who are engaged in rhythmic gymnastics. According to the results of the initial testing, a group of female gymnasts was divided into control (n=15) and main (n=15), taking into account the absence of significant differences in the indicators of flexibility tests. Both groups of young gymnasts trained in accordance with the curriculum for the Youth Sports School in rhythmic gymnastics (1999). In the training sessions of female athletes of the main group, a specially developed technique of game stretching was included, aimed at developing flexibility.</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>the obtained results of the study give grounds to assert that the proposed methodology, by which female gymnasts of the main group (MG) trained, contributed to a more pronounced (p&lt;0,05; p&lt;0,01) increase in the level of flexibility development compared to the results of female athletes control group (CG), who trained according to the traditional flexibility development program. So in tests T1 "Extension in the knee joints" (cm); T2 "Twisting the stick" (cm); T4 "Gymnastic bridge" (points) significant differences in test scores were found with a probability of 99% at p≤0.01. In tests T3 “Backward bend in lying position” (cm); T5 “Performing splits on the right”, (points) and T6 “Performing splits on the left”, (points) there were also found significant differences in indicators with a probability of 95% at p≤0.05 between the main and control groups. However, in the T7 test “Performance of transverse splits” (points), an unreliable difference was obtained between the performance of the gymnasts of the main and control groups (p&gt;0,05), although an improvement in the results in this test was observed in both groups.</p> <p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>the results of the study showed the effectiveness of the method of game stretching to increase the level of development of flexibility in female gymnasts 5-6 years old. The technique contributed to a more pronounced (p&lt;0,05; p&lt;0,01) increase in the level of development of flexibility among female athletes of the main group (MG) compared with the results of female gymnasts in the control group (CG). So, in tests T1 "Extension in the knee joints" (cm); T2 "Twisting the stick" (cm); T4 "Gymnastic bridge" (points) significant differences in test scores were found with a probability of 99% at p≤0,01. In tests T3 “Backward bend in lying position” (cm); T5 “Performing splits on the right”, (points) and T6 “Performing splits on the left”, (points) there were also found significant differences in indicators with a probability of 95% at p≤0,05 between the main and control groups. The results obtained allow us to recommend the developed methodology for use in the training process of young gymnasts at the stage of initial training. One of the negative consequences of war is combat stress, accompanied by the action of stress factors that negatively affect psychological and physical health, reducing the process of socialization to peaceful life. At the same time, there are not enough studies covering the solution of these issues with the help of adaptive physical culture (APC), which confirms the relevance of the chosen topic.</p> <p><strong>Purpose:</strong> to determine the impact of running classes on combatants who have the consequences of combat stress.</p> <p><strong>Material &amp; Methods:</strong> the research was carried out on the basis of the National Council for Sports Rehabilitation of Defenders of Ukraine in Kyiv. It was attended by 40 combatants. The following methods were used in the course of the study: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical testing, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics.</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>at the end of the pedagogical experiment, the participants in the hostilities determined the level of stress according to the "Modified method for determining the level of stress by L. Ryder", before and after running classes. Based on the data after the study, it was found that at the initial stage, 77% of combatants had a high level of stress, and 13% had an average level of stress. At stage 2, after the use of APC (within 1 year), the level of stress among combatants was reduced to 50%&nbsp;– medium, 50%&nbsp;– low, which shows the effectiveness of the use of APC (running classes).</p> <p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>a study was conducted with the determination of the level of stress according to the "Modified method of the level of stress according to L. Rieder" and the positive effect of running was shown. Measures are proposed to help reduce the level of stress among combatants.</p> <p>The dynamics of the results indicates the stability of reducing the level of combat stress with the help of running, which confirms the expediency of organizing the training process for combatants.</p> Nataliia Krushynska, Iryna Kohut, Sergey Matveev , Marina Jagiello Copyright (c) 2022 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/265163 Mon, 26 Sep 2022 00:00:00 +0300 Effects of a Reathletization protocol after ACL ligamentoplasty on performance of Algerian professional soccer player: A case study http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/265162 <p><strong>Purpose:</strong> this study checks the effects of the reathletization protocol following anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction in each of the anthropometric parameters, muscle strength and aerobic capacity.</p> <p><strong>Material &amp; Methods: </strong>we present a 12-weeks case-study account for an Algerian professional soccer player participated in this study (age: 21 years, height: 1.71 m, weight: 62.5 kg, body mass index: 21.37 and %body fat: 9.17%).</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> the authors have comparing the results recorded in measurements and tests before and after 12-weeks of reathletization protocol applied to the professional soccer player, which was intended. First: anthropometric parameters; weight increased by (+3.6 kg, +5.76%) and body mass index by (+1.23, +5.75%). % body fat had decreased by (-1.8 kg,&nbsp;– 19.62%). Their thigh perimeter at 10 and 15 cm from the patella had increased respectively ((injured side; at 10 cm (+4 cm, 9.75%) and at 15 cm (3cm, 6.83%)), ((healthy side; at 10 cm (+2.5 cm, 5.61%) and at 15 cm (2.5 cm, 5%)). Second: muscle strength tests increased in; Prone plank test (1.14 min, 52.77%). Countermovement jump (14.68 cm, 45.66%). Single-leg jump (healthy side; 0.57 cm, 39.04%), (healthy side; 0.1 cm, 4.76%) and Two legs jump increased by (0.43 cm, 22.63%). Third: aerobic capacity; intermittent fitness test increased in: IFT; (2.5 km/h, 14.28%) and maximal O<sub>2</sub> consumption (5.65 mL/min/kg, 11.85%). Heart rate measurements decreased in maximum HR (10 bpm, 5.26%), and resting HR (10 bpm, 16.66%).</p> <p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>after 12-weeks of reathletization protocol, the statistics values indicated a greater significant improvement in the performances of the soccer player. A study with larger population should be undertaken.</p> Houar Abdelatif, Kacem Abdelhadi, Guemriche Nasredine, Zaoui Abdelkader, Chiha Fouad, Zerf Mohamed Copyright (c) 2022 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/265162 Mon, 26 Sep 2022 00:00:00 +0300 Some life skills of female wheelchair basketball players http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/265154 <p><strong>Purpose:</strong> the current study aimed to know the level of life skills of female wheelchair basketball players and statistical differences in the life skills of female wheelchair basketball players according to team affiliation.</p> <p><strong>Material &amp; Methods:</strong> the study was conducted on female wheelchair basketball players, where the study sample amounted to 30 players. The life skills scale prepared by Al-Sutri (2007), which contains four dimensions, was adopted; the skill of communication, the skill of teamwork and cooperation, the skill of taking personal responsibility, and the skill of physical and technical.</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>the results showed that the mean values of the life skills dimensions ranged between (3.40 and 4.18), and the mean value of the total score of the scale amounted to (3.80), which indicates there were a high degree of life skills. And there were no significant differences between female wheelchair basketball players according to team affiliation in the life skills.</p> <p><strong>Conclusions</strong><strong>:</strong> it was found that the level of life skills of female wheelchair basketball players is high. They were divided into test groups according to the following principle: group 1 (n=20) included students involved in playing sports (sports games and their elements); group 2 (n=20) included students involved in acyclic/cyclic types of physical culture and sports activities (types of athletics). Research methods: theoretical methods of pedagogical research; testing; hardware methods; mathematical and statistical.</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>the features of adaptation of the functional systems of the body of students to regular physical culture and sports classes by different types of motor activity of a predominant orientation were determined: gaming (sports games and their elements, mini-sports games); cyclic (types of athletics). It was revealed that as a result of regular classes according to training programs, both in terms of types of physical culture and sports, predominantly cyclic&nbsp;/ acyclic (types of athletics), and game types (sports games and their elements), there is an improvement in the level of working capacity and endurance of students already in a two-month period. The reactions of the students' organism in response to the dosed physical activity of the Martin-Kushelevsky test at the end of the study allow us to assert an increase in the level of functioning and reserves of the cardiovascular system of the subjects as characteristics of the adaptation of the morphological and functional structures of the body to programmed regular physical exercises. However, when comparing the indicators of the studied groups, no significant differences were found. Consequently, the influence of predominantly different types of training loads is similar. This helps to deepen the understanding of the influence of academic physical education classes on the body of students. Consequently, the main determinant of increasing the level of adaptation to physical activity among students is the regularity of classes, while observing the pedagogical and specific sports principles of their construction. At the same time, the main goal of such classes should be to increase the level of general endurance as a characteristic of the level of physical health.</p> <p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>morphological and functional changes in the body of students in the amount provided for by the program of physical education of higher education do not depend on the predominant nature of motor activity. As a result of the two-month training program, an improvement in the functional state of the students' body was revealed. However, this does not apply to the integral indicators of the functioning of the cardiovascular system. Based on the study of scientific literature and Internet sources, analyze the main causes of overtraining and determine methods that will contribute to rapid recovery. <strong>Materials and methods.</strong> The research material is scientific literature and Internet sources, which highlight the risk factors of overtraining associated with sports, which subsequently lead to the development of pathological conditions and solving the problems of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of this condition. Research methods: analysis, generalization and systematization of data. <strong>Results.</strong> The modern state of sports is characterized by an increase in the professional level, which means a high level of competition between athletes, which implies an increase in the requirements for the level of functional fitness of athletes. High and excessive physical exertion, along with other factors associated with sports, lead to the development of pathological conditions. Overtraining is a state of excessive volume or intensity of exercises, which leads to a decrease in athletic performance in a certain sport. When training loads reach the individual «breaking point» of an athlete, he can be considered overtrained. With adequate rest and recovery (and not too much stress), performance can be improved. Sports of higher achievements require athletes to display a high level of physical fitness and emotional stability. We evaluated the effectiveness of physical rehabilitation according to the LEFS scale, according to the Euro Qol - 5D questionnaire, according to the methods of A.V. Kalashnikov and NEER.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> objective research data were obtained, which indicate that with overall positive dynamics in the functional state of injured athletes of both clinical groups, better results were recorded in athletes of the main group, in which the physical rehabilitation program was applied with the use of corrective kinesiotaping.</p> <p><strong>Conclusions:</strong> with positive changes in the functional state of injured athletes of both clinical groups, more pronounced and reliably better results were obtained in the main group, where a physical rehabilitation program using corrective kinesio taping was implemented.</p> <p><strong>Key words:</strong> ankle joint injuries, physical rehabilitation, ambulatory stage, corrective kinesiotaping techniques, functional correction.</p> Денис Підкопай, Тетяна Підкопай, Шарбель Юсеф Copyright (c) http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/263652 The Effects of a Reathletization protocol after ACL ligamentoplasty on performance of Algerian professional soccer player: A case study http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/262812 <p>This study checks the effects of the reathletization protocol following anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction in each of the anthropometric parameters, muscle strength and aerobic capacity. We present a 12-weeks case-study account for an Algerian professional soccer player participated in this study (age: 21 years, height: 1.71 m, weight: 62.5 kg, body mass index: 21.37 and %body fat: 9.17%). The authors have comparing the results recorded in measurements and tests before and after 12-weeks of reathletization protocol applied to the professional soccer player, which was intended. First: anthropometric parameters; weight increased by (+3.6 kg, +5.76%) and body mass index by (+1.23, +5.75%). % body fat had decreased by (-1.8 kg, - 19.62%). Their thigh perimeter at 10 and 15 cm from the patella had increased respectively ((injured side; at 10 cm (+4 cm, 9.75%) and at 15 cm (3cm, 6.83%)), ((healthy side; at 10 cm (+2.5 cm, 5.61%) and at 15 cm (2.5 cm, 5%)). Second: muscle strength tests increased in; Prone plank test (1.14 min, 52.77%). Countermovement jump (14.68 cm, 45.66%). Single-leg jump (healthy side; 0.57 cm, 39.04%), (healthy side; 0.1 cm, 4.76%) and Two legs jump increased by (0.43 cm, 22.63%). Third: aerobic capacity; intermittent fitness test increased in: IFT; (2.5 km/h, 14.28%) and maximal O<sub>2</sub> consumption (5.65 mL/min/kg, 11.85%). Heart rate measurements decreased in maximum HR (10 bpm, 5.26%), and resting HR (10 bpm, 16.66%). After 12-weeks of reathletization protocol, the statistics values indicated a greater significant improvement in the performances of the soccer player. The life skills scale prepared by Al-Sutri (2007), which contains four dimensions, was adopted; the skill of communication, the skill of teamwork and cooperation, the skill of taking personal responsibility, and the skill of physical and technical.</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>The results showed that the mean values of the life skills dimensions ranged between (3.40 and 4.18), and the mean value of the total score of the scale amounted to (3.80), which indicates there were a high degree of life skills. And there were no significant differences between female wheelchair basketball players according to team affiliation in the life skills.</p> <p><strong>Conclusions</strong>: It is very important to develop special sports programs that enhance the life skills of persons (male/female) with disabilities, considering the type and severity of the disability.</p> Mostefa Ayad, kenioua mouloud Copyright (c) http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/262167 CHANGES IN MORPHOFUNCTIONAL INDICATORS OF STUDENTS IN RESPONSE TO DOSED EXERCISE http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/260140 <p><strong>Мета:</strong> визначити особливості змін морфофункціональних показників здобувачів освіти у відповідь на дозоване фізичне навантаження. <strong>Матеріал і методи:</strong> У дослідженні брали участь практично здорові здобувачі вищої освіти 18±0,7 років І-ІІ курсів навчання (n = 40), які не займалися регулярно спортом у минулому та теперішньому часі. <strong>Методи дослідження:</strong> теоретичні методи педагогічного дослідження; тестування, апаратні методи; математико-статистичні. <strong>Результати:</strong> визначено особливості пристосування функціональних систем організму здобувачів освіти до регулярних фізкультурно-спортивних занять різними видами рухової активності переважної спрямованості. Виявлено, що в результаті регулярних занять за програмами тренувань як з видів фізкультурно-спортивної переважно циклічно/ациклічного характеру, так і ігрових видів спостерігається покращення рівня працездатності та витривалості здобувачів освіти вже у тримісячний термін. Реакції організму здобувачів освіти у відповідь на дозоване фізичне навантаження проби Мартіне-Кушелєвського наприкінці дослідження дозволяють стверджувати про підвищення рівня функціонування та резервів серцево-судинної системи випробуваних як характеристики адаптації морфофункціональних структур організму до програмованих регулярних занять фізичними вправами. Проте, у досліджуваній групі не виявлено достовірної різниці між показниками, які визначалися. Відтак, вплив переважно різних за характером видів тренувальних навантажень, за результатами реакції організму на дозоване фізичне навантаження, є схожим. Це сприяє поглибленню розуміння відносно пристосування організму молоді, що навчається, до фізичних навантажень за програмою академічних занять у закладі вищої освіти. Відтак, головним детермінантом підвищення рівня адаптації до фізичних навантажень у здобувачів освіти є регулярність занять, за умов дотримання педагогічних та специфічних спортивних принципів їх побудови. При цьому, головною метою таких занять має бути підвищення рівня загальної витривалості як характеристики рівня фізичного здоров’я. <strong>Висновки:</strong> Таким чином, реакція організму здобувачів освіти, які займаються різними фізкультурно-спортивними видами рухової діяльності не має конкретної вираженості та характеризується покращенням функціонального стану організму студентської молоді.</p> Andrii Yefremenko, Svitlana Рiatysotska, Viktor Pavlenko, Vladyslav Rozhkov Copyright (c) http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/260140 Features of the development of strength training of highly qualified football referees in the competitive period http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/259172 <p><strong>Purpose:</strong> to identify the features of the development of strength training of highly qualified football referees in the competitive period. </p> <p><strong>Material &amp; Methods:</strong> the study involved 30 highly qualified football referees aged 35-42: 4 FIFA referees, 15 Premier League referees and 11 First League referees. </p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> the training program for strength development in the competitive period included new fitness training tools using TRX® functional loops, step platform, BOSU hemisphere, 6D sliding. In the preparatory and final part of the training session, we included MFR exercises to fill the muscles with the maximum volume of blood and activate the nerve centers for their additional stretching. The results of testing the physical fitness of highly qualified referees at the beginning and end of the competitive period indicate that the training program developed by us, aimed at developing strength in competitive microcycles, most significantly influenced the increase in the manifestation of strength qualities in flexion and extension of the arms in emphasis. 8% and speed endurance in the YO-YO test - by 15,1%. The main and control groups included 11 female gymnasts each. Ukrainian outdoor games were included in the training process of the main group.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> the results of the study indicate that the proposed methodology, by which female gymnasts of the main group (MG) trained, contributed to a more pronounced (p&lt;0,05; p&lt;0,01) increase in the level of physical fitness compared to the results of female athletes of the control group (CG) who trained according to the traditional program for the development of physical qualities, except for the development of flexibility, where there was a statistically unreliable difference between the performance of female gymnasts of the main and control groups (p&gt;0,05).</p> <p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>results of the implementation of the methodology for increasing the level of physical preparedness of female gymnasts aged 6-7 years using Ukrainian folk outdoor games testify to its effectiveness. The experiment lasted 2 months and consisted in using the Tabata protocol in the educational and training process of volleyball players. In the dynamics of the experiment, the speed-strength abilities of a selected group of volleyball players were tested. The assessment of the statistical reliability of the results of a comparative analysis of the indicators studied in this work was carried out using a nonparametric sign test.</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>at the beginning of the pedagogical experiment, volleyball players had the following test results: push-ups for 20 s 17,30±0,45 times; standing long jump with push of two legs 229,20±2,98 cm; lifting the torso from the prone position in 30 s 30,40±1,37 times; throwing a stuffed ball weighing 1 kg from behind the head with two hands in a jump of 11,20 ± 0,93 m; jump up from a place (according to V. M. Abalakov) 49,60±2,51 cm. After the pedagogical experiment, the values of indicators of the speed-strength abilities of volleyball players for each of the five tests turned out to be significantly higher compared to the results of the corresponding tests obtained before the start of the experiment.</p> <p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>the proposed sets of exercises according to the Tabata protocol turned out to be effective, as they made it possible to significantly improve (p˃0.01) the speed-strength abilities of volleyball players in all tests. Participants were divided into 3 groups according to the weight class of 50 athletes each: Strawweight (48 kg to 52 kg), Flyweight (52 kg to 56 kg), and Bantamweight (56 kg to 61 kg). The following methods were used: analysis of scientific and methodological information and Internet sources; generalization of best practices; analysis of protocols and videos of competitive activities; methods of mathematical statistics.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> female athletes of each weight class have their characteristics in terms of competitive activity indicators. Thus, the finish of the fight with a striking differential, attempts, and accuracy of takedowns is significantly better (p&lt;0.05-0.01) in women`s strawweight fighters. Strawweight female fighters perform a large number of sig strikes landed, which have high accuracy, due to which they win the fight, and this is explained by a large arsenal of technical and tactical actions. Women’s flyweight fighters need more time to finish the fight early. They also have the least number of sig strikes landed during the fight, which are performed with little accuracy, and this is due to the rational distribution of strength in a fight. Women’s bantamweight fighters conduct a large number of knockdowns landed and submissions during the entire fight, this can be explained by the high level of development of special endurance. It was found that the representatives of all weight classes perform mostly distance strikes landed and their sig head strikes landed are the best ones.</p> <p><strong>Conclusions:</strong> applying methods of pedagogical observation and mathematical statistics allowed us to determine the structure and model characteristics of modern competitive activities of elite female mixed martial arts MMA athletes for each weight class. It was attended by 46 girls aged 14–15. The following methods were used in the course of the study: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical testing, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics.</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>the level of development of coordination abilities of girls aged 14–15 was assessed by such manifestations of coordination abilities as the ability for spatial orientation, the ability to assess and regulate the spatial and dynamic characteristics of movements, the ability to maintain static balance and the ability to adapt and restructure motor actions. A comparison of the indicators of the development of coordination abilities in the age aspect with the corresponding norms before and after the use of fitball aerobics exercises is presented. The results of the study indicate a trend towards an increase in the level of manifestation of coordination abilities after the experiment. The most significant increase was observed in the indicators of a jump with a turn: from 23,1% to 62,4% and the results of the Bondarevsky test: from 18.6% to 30.6%. Comparison of the indicators of coordination abilities in the age aspect showed that girls of 14 years old in most cases demonstrate higher results than girls of 15 years old. Comparison of the studied indicators with the relevant standards showed that the results correspond to the "average" level.</p> <p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>the dynamics of the results indicates the stability of the level of development of coordination abilities and the trend towards their improvement. This confirms the expediency of organizing fitball aerobics classes in the sports section of the school.</p> Irina Kyzmenko, Andrzej Ostrowski, Viacheslav Zhuk Copyright (c) 2022 http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/259134 Thu, 16 Jun 2022 00:00:00 +0300 Особливості розвитку силової підготовки футбольних арбітрів високої кваліфікації у змагальному періоді http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/257135 <p><strong>Мета дослідження</strong>: науково обґрунтувати програму силової підготовки футбольних арбітрів високої кваліфікації у змагальному періоді. <strong>Матеріали, учасники та методи дослідження. </strong>В дослідженнях приймали участь 30 футбольних арбітрів 35-42 років високої кваліфікації: 4 арбітри FIFA, 15 арбітрів Прем'єр-ліги та 11 арбітрів Першої ліги. <strong>Результати:</strong> анкетування арбітрів високої кваліфікації показали, що найбільша кількість травм 62,3 % пов’язані з розтягненням м’язів та виникає під час їх &nbsp;інтенсивної рухової діяльності, що обумовлено недостатньої силовою підготовленістю та міцністю основних груп м'язів та зв'язок, які найбільш активні під час такої&nbsp; роботи. В програму тренувань для розвитку сили у змагальному періоді були включені нові засоби фітнес-тренування з використанням функціональних петель TRX<sup>® </sup>, степ-платформи, полу-сфери <em>BOSU, </em>6D sliding. В підготовчій та заключній частинах тренувального заняття нами були включені вправи МФР, щоб збільшити м`язи максимальним об`ємом крові та активізувати нервові центри, щоб додаткового сприяти їх розтягуванню. Результати тестування фізичної підготовленості арбітрів високої кваліфікації на початку та наприкінці змагального періоду свідчать про те, що розроблена нами програма тренувань, спрямована на розвиток сили у змагальних мікроциклах, найбільш суттєво вплинула на приріст прояву силових якостей у згинанні та розгинанні рук в упорі лежачи на 27,8 % та швидкісної витривалості в тесті YO-YO -&nbsp; на 15,1 %. Також спостерігалося покращення результатів в проявах швидкості на 7,4 % та &nbsp;на 2,3 % у бігу 4х10 м, а також на 5,7 % &nbsp;швидкісно-силових здібностей в тесті стрибок у довжину з місця. <strong>Висновки. </strong>Результати дослідження свідчать про ефективність програми силової підготовки та використання її у тренувальних мікроциклах змагального періоду арбітрів різного рівня і кваліфікацій для покращення фізичної підготовленості та запобіганню травм.</p> Anatoliy Abdula Copyright (c) http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/257135 Тhe dynamics of change of high-speed and power preparedness of volleyball players under the influence of a set of exercises according to Тabata protocol http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/256765 <p><strong>Purpose: </strong>to define the changes of high-speed and power preparedness of volleyball players under the influence of a set of exercises according men’s student team «KhSAPC» by the age of&nbsp;17-21&nbsp;years took part in the experiment, which has the first category of volleyball. The experiment lasted 2 months and consisted of using the Tabata protocol in the educational and training process of volleyball players. The testing of high-speed and power abilities of the selected group of volleyball players were carried out in the dynamics of the experiment. The estimation of statistical reliability of results of the comparative analysis of indicators, which were studied in this work, was carried out using non-parametric criterion of signs. <strong>Results:</strong> At the beginning of the pedagogical experiment, volleyball players had the following test results: bending and stretching the hands in lying position for 20 s 17,30±0,45 times; long jump from two legs 229,20±2,98 cm; lifting the body from the lying position for 30 s 30,40±1,37 times; throw of a stuffed ball weighing 1 kg from behind the head with two hands in a jump of 11,20±0,93 m; jump up from the place 49,60±2,51 cm (according to V.M. Abalakov). After the pedagogical experiment, the values of high-speed and power abilities of volleyball players for each of the five tests were significantly higher compared to the results of the corresponding tests obtained before the experiment. <strong>Conclusions:</strong> the proposed set of exercises according to Tabata protocol proved effective, as it allowed to reliably improve (р˃0,01) high-speed and power abilities of volleyball players in all conducted tests. The results allow us to recommend the use of complex exercises according Tabata protocol to the training activities of volleyball players. <strong>Keywords:</strong> pedagogical experiment, test, sign criterion, training activity, cycle, series.</p> Аліна Мельник Copyright (c) http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/256765 The influence of fitball aerobics classes on the development of certain coordination abilities of girls aged 14-15 http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/256241 <p><strong>Мета дослідження:</strong> визначити зміну рівня розвитку координаційних здібностей дівчат 14–15 років під впливом вправ фітбол-аеробіки.<strong> Матеріал, учасники та методи: </strong>дослідження здійснювалося на базі закладу загальноосвітньої середньої освіти м. Харкова. В ньому брали участь 46 дівчат 14–15 років. Під час проведення дослідження застосовувалися наступні методи: теоретичний аналіз і узагальнення наукової та методичної літератури, педагогічне тестування, педагогічний експеримент, методи математичної статистики. <strong>Результати:</strong> рівень розвитку координаційних здібностей дівчат 14–15 років оцінювався за такими проявами координаційних здібностей як здатність до просторової орієнтації, здатність до оцінки й регуляції просторово-динамічних характеристик рухів, здатність до збереження статичної рівноваги та здатність до пристосування і перебудови рухових дій. Представлене порівняння показників розвитку координаційних здібностей у віковому аспекті, з відповідними нормами до та після застосування вправ фітбол-аеробіки. &nbsp;Результати дослідження свідчать про тенденцію до підвищення рівня прояву координаційних здібностей після експерименту. Найбільш суттєвий приріст спостерігався у показниках стрибка з поворотом: від 23,1% до 62,4% та результатах проби Бондаревського: від 18,6% до 30,6%. Порівняння показників координаційних здібностей у віковому аспекті виявило, що дівчата 14 років у більшості випадків демонструють результати вищі, ніж учениці 15 років. Співставлення досліджуваних показників з відповідними нормами показало, що результати відповідають «середньому» рівню. <strong>Висновки: </strong>результати проведеного дослідження свідчать про стабільність результатів рівня розвитку координаційних здібностей, отриманих після експерименту та тенденцію до їх покращення, що підтверджує доцільність організації занять фітбол-аеробікою у спортивній секції школи.</p> Ірина Кузьменко Copyright (c) http://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/256241
