Анотація

Тиреоїдні гормони впливають на адекватний фізіологічний розвиток нирок і їхню структуру, ниркову гемодинаміку, швидкість клубочкової фільтрації, функцію різних транспортних систем нефрону й водно-електролітний гомеостаз. Ці впливи гормонів щитоподібної залози на нирки реалізуються шляхом прямих і опосередкованих механізмів, у той час як порушення ренальної функції також індукує зміни в метаболізмі тиреоїдних гормонів. Даний огляд присвячений клінічно важливим і значимим взаємодіям функцій щитоподібної залози й нирок, розуміння яких є необхідним для оптимізації терапії пацієнтів із коморбідною патологією.
