Focus and Scope

The collection covers problems of testing, forecasting and construction of agricultural machinery and equipment, explores research and forecast of the development of new technologies in the agroindustrial complex, their implementation and management, as well as the results of scientific research in the field of energy saving and alternative energy. The collection is intended for scientists, teachers and a wide range of specialists in agricultural production.

Peer Review Process

1. Review is a critical evaluation of manuscripts. The review procedure passes all articles submitted to the editorial board with the exception of reviews and communications of an informational nature. The purpose of the review is to facilitate the strict selection of author's manuscripts for publication and making specific recommendations for their improvement. The review procedure is aimed at maximally objective assessment of the content of the scientific article, determining its compliance with the requirements of the editorial policy of the collection, the conditions for the publication of articles, the requirements for their content and design.
2. Articles submitted to the professional collection "Techno-technological aspects of development and testing of new equipment and technologies for agriculture of Ukraine" are internal and external review. Internal review is carried out by members of the editorial board of the collection. External review is carried out by specialists in technical and agricultural sciences, who may not be members of the editorial board, but have profound professional knowledge and experience in specific scientific fields.
3. In accordance with the Editorial Policy of the collection, both open and anonymous reviewing procedures are used for both the reviewer and the authors. The main purpose of the review procedure is to eliminate instances of poor-quality research practices and to ensure the harmonization and balance of interests of authors, readers, editorial board, reviewers and the institution in which the research was carried out.
4. Reviewers are notified that the articles sent to them are the intellectual property of the authors and relate to those data that are not subject to disclosure. Reviewers are not allowed to make copies of the review article provided or to use the knowledge of the content of the article in its publications.
5. Reviewing articles takes place on the basis of confidentiality. Submitting a manuscript to a review, the authors entrust editors with the results of their scientific work and creative efforts, which may depend on their reputation and career. Information about the article (timing, content, stages, and peculiarities of the review, comments by reviewers and the final decision on publication) are not communicated to anyone other than authors and reviewers. Violation of this requirement is possible only in the case of presence of signs or a statement of unreliability or falsification of materials of the article. In any case, the author of the reviewed work provides an opportunity to review the text of the review, especially if he does not agree with the conclusions of the reviewer.
6. By agreement (willing) of authors and reviewers, reviews of the reviewers may be published along with the article.
7. The work of reviewers does not involve persons who may have a conflict of interest. The author may indicate the names of people whose appointment reviewers are undesirable because of the possibility of a conflict of interest, explaining their position. The reviewer must also report any conflicts of interest that may affect his opinion about the manuscript. He has the right to refuse to review a particular article if he considers this to be justified. Reviewer must:
- to evaluate theoretical and methodological level of the article, to determine its practical value and scientific significance, to establish conformity of the article with the principles of ethics in scientific publications, to give recommendations on elimination of cases of their violation;
- consider the article sent in time agreed with the responsible secretary and send to the editorial office (by e-mail) a motivated refusal of a review or a written review of the manuscript, at the end of which, on the basis of the analysis of the readiness of the material, it is concluded that publication of the article is possible;
- to observe the principle of confidentiality, not to make a copy of the article submitted for reviewing the article or to use knowledge about the content of the article in its publications;
- to report on all conflicts of interest which may affect his opinion on the manuscript.
The reviewer has the right:
- refuse to review a particular article if it considers it to be justified;
- to request a prolongation of the terms of reviewing, taking into account the existing conditions for maximally objective assessment of the quality of the materials provided;
- To request the organization of open interaction with the author and refusal to conduct anonymous review.
Rights and obligations of the author.
The author is obliged:
- To observe the deadlines established for making corrections (revisions) of the article on the results of the conclusions of the reviewers.

The author is entitled to:
- to read the text of the review, in particular, if he does not agree with the conclusions of the reviewer;
- to provide an argumentated answer to the editorial board of the collection in case of disagreement with the opinion of the reviewer in order to justify the possibility of referring the article to a re-review or agreement with the editorial board;
- to inform the names of people whose appointment reviewers are undesirable because of the possibility of a conflict of interest, explaining their position;
 
- To request the organization of an open interaction with the reviewer and refusal to conduct anonymous review.

Publication Frequency

The collection is published twice a year, in June and December.
