Focus and Scope
The collection includes original scientific articles (previously not published anywhere) of a theoretical and experimental nature, which reveal the actual problems of professional training for intending teachers, improving the educational process in higher pedagogical schools; the content, forms, methods and technology of formation the intending teachers’ professional competence are substantiated; the methodology of implementing an educational process in a higher school; the results of scientific research in the field of Pedagogical Sciences are highlighted.
The main target audience of the collection: leading scientists, professors, doctors and candidates of sciences, associate professors, doctoral students, graduate students, research staff.
The journal has a national and foreign distribution scope.
Peer Review Process
All the articles sent to the editorial board are usually peer-reviewed in order to make an objective assessment of a science article maximally and provide a comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the article. The editorial office uses Double-Blind Peer Review in its work.
After the final article analysis, the reviewer gives recommendations to the author (to publish the article unchanged, make minor changes, make significant changes, reject the article), the things the executive secretary informs the author through using e-mail. In case of comments, the article is sent to the author for revision. The corrected version is re-submitted to the reviewer for making a decision and preparing a conclusion on the possibility of publication. The acceptance date of the article for publication is considered to be the date of receipt by the editorial staff a positive review (or the decision of the editorial board) regarding the expediency and possibility of publishing the article. Minor corrections of stylistic and punctuation errors are made in the article without the authors’ prior consent. Significant corrections are to be agreed with the authors. The Editorial Board reserves the right to edit the articles and make them shorter. The author of the article is responsible for copyright infringement, reliability of these facts and data, the validity of the conclusions and recommendations.

This journal practices an immediate open access policy to the published content, supporting the principles of the free dissemination of scientific information and the global exchange of knowledge for the sake of universal social progress.
