Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  •  When submitting materials, please take into account the following requirements:

    • The material of the article (in volume of 12-25 pages) is submitted to the editorial office in the form of an electronic file: A-4 format, Times New Roman font, size 14, line spacing of 1.5, paragraph indentation 1.25 cm, all fields of 2,5 cm, Word editor, RTF file type.
    • The text should use symbols on the model: the inverted commas of type "...", hyphen (-), dash (-).
    • Reference sources are made in square brackets, where the source number and citation page are indicated by the use of a comma in this publication (sample [4, p. 56]).
    • The information about the author is attached to the article (separate file), which states: the author’s first name, patronymic and family name, his academic degree and title, his position and full name of his workplace, home address (be sure to specify the region  and index), contact numbers, e-mail address.

Author Guidelines

Material placement:

  • UDC;
  • ORCID;
  • the author’s first name and last name (in Ukrainian and English);
  • the author’s academic degree and title, his position and workplace (in Ukrainian and English), his email address;
  • The title of the article (in Ukrainian and English);
  • The abstract should contain the purpose of the research, the applied methods and the results obtained. Available in two languages: Ukrainian (500-600 printed characters with spaces) and English (at least 1800 printed characters with spaces including keywords).
  • Key words (8-10) in Ukrainian and English

 

Structure of the article:

   Materials submitted for publication should correspond to the topics of the collection and the current state of science. It is necessary to adhere to the requirements for scientific publications, determined by the decision of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine dated January 15, 2003 No. 7-05 / 1:

 

  • Formulation of the problem in general and its connection with important scientific and practical tasks.
  • An analysis of recent researches and publications, which initiated the solution of this problem and the one the author relies on; the allocation of previously unsolved parts of the general problem the author's article is devoted to.
  • Formulating the purpose of the article (problem statement).
  • Presentation of the main research material with full justification of the scientific results obtained.
  • Conclusions of the study and perspectives of further exploration in this field.
  • The list of the sources used is made according to the rules of DSTU 8302: 2015. References are made according to the international ARA style (sample reference list is attached).

Authors (co-authors) who have submitted materials for publication, agree with the following provisions:

  • author (co-authors) of the publication are responsible for the reliability of the submitted information, content, accuracy of quotations, surnames, dates, and adherence to the academic integrity in their paper;
  • author (co-authors) retain all copyrights and at the same time give the periodical the right of the first publication, which allows to distribute the material;
  • editors of the periodical carry out Double-Blind Peer Review, and have the right to edit, shorten and rejects articles.
