Анотація

У статті розглядаються питання патогенеза синдрому подразненого кишечника. Детально розглянуто один з ключових патогенетичних факторів — вісцеральну гіперчутливість. Показані історичні аспекти вивчення, форми та способи оцінки вісцеральної гіперчутливості. Проаналізовані питання взаємовідносин вісцеральної гіперчутливості та інших факторів патогенезу синдрому подразненого кишечника.
