Stages of Review

  1. The author submits an article that meets the requirements of a scientific publication to the editorial board.
  2. Checking the article for the absence of plagiarism, during which the degree of uniqueness of the author's text is determined using the appropriate software (Unicheck: Plagiarism Checker and Originality Detector).
  3. All manuscripts submitted to the editorial board are directed to two reviewers according to the research profile. The editor-in-chief of the scientific publication appoints the reviewers.
  4. Both members of the editorial board of the scientific journal and third-party specialists who have deep professional knowledge and experience in a specific scientific field can be selected for reviewing articles.
  5. Reviewing is confidential following the double-blind principle (two-way "blind"; reviewing when neither the author nor the reviewer knows about each other). Interaction between the author and reviewers takes place through the editor-in-chief of the journal.
  6. If the reviewer indicates the need to make certain corrections to the article, the material is sent to the author with a recommendation to take into account the comments when preparing an updated version of the text.

If the author of the publication does not agree with the reviewer's remarks, he must argue his scientific position regarding the impracticality of making certain corrections by the reviewer. To the processed article, the author adds a letter containing answers to all comments and explaining all changes made to the article. The corrected version is re-submitted to the reviewer for deciding on the reasoned conclusion about the expediency of the publication.

The editor-in-chief makes the final decision regarding the publication of an article or refusal to publish it.
