About the Journal

Military Scientific Journal is a printed, peer-reviewed scholarly journal that publishes research articles and reviews of academic works on the history of Ukraine, world history, the history of local wars and contemporary armed conflicts, the history of weapons and military equipment, and related fields. The journal is intended for researchers, educators, postgraduate students, adjuncts, students, cadets, military personnel, and history enthusiasts.

Purpose of the Journal -  to promote and disseminate the results of military-historical research in both Ukrainian and global contexts, including the history of armed struggle for Ukrainian statehood, the history of local wars and contemporary armed conflicts, as well as the history of armaments and military equipment, and to contribute to the development of military-historical scholarship and the formation of contemporary academic discourse.

Objectives of the Journal

- to promote the publication of the results of original scientific research within the defined scholarly fields;

- to organize and support professional academic communication among researchers, educators, and military specialists in Ukraine and abroad;

- to ensure the scientific approbation of research results through peer review and publication;

- to uphold the principles of academic integrity;

- to facilitate the integration of research findings into the educational process and professional practice;

- to promote the development and dissemination of military-historical knowledge within the academic and educational community;

- to contribute to the formation of a scientifically grounded understanding of historical processes related to wars and armed conflicts.
