Focus and Scope

Sphere and range of problems promoted: it publishes the works of researchers, academic professors, post-graduate and graduate students of Ukrainian scientific and educational establishments on urgent problems of history of Ukraine and regional history, general history, historiography of history, the history of historical science in Ukraine, history teaching methodology, specific historical subjects. The journal also promotes reviews, announcements about scientific events, and arrangements.

Journal History

In 2015 History of Ukraine Department of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University found scientific journal ‘Uman Ancient’. Its purpose lays in involving historians, regional ethnographers, and agents of interested scientific institutions to constructive dialogue on actual historical problems. The process may promote further scientific search and comprehensive studies of human historic experience.
