Author Guidelines
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMITTING
1. To publish an article, the following should be submitted either via electronic cabinet or to e-mail olena.bartosh@uzhnu.edu.ua: scientific article; author’s reference.
2. Articles in Ukrainian and English with a volume of at least 8 full pages (including abstracts, figures, tables, diagrams, and references) are accepted for publication.
3. Technical criteria:
- Microsoft Word, A4, all paper margins – 2 cm, font Times New Roman, letter height − 14 pt, line spacing 1 interval, paragraph indent – 1 cm.
- tables, diagrams and figures should be placed after their first mention in the text; titles of tables are set in the top right corner in boldface. Font data contained in the table should be 12 pt. Any information or statement in the paper, including tables, is to be supplied with references to the source of its origin. If they are the results of the author's research, they should be accompanied by an appropriate explanation of the data obtained. Mathematical formulas should be carefully checked. The number of tables, formulas, and illustrations should be minimal and relevant. The size of tables and illustrations should not exceed the width of the page. Drawings and tables on album pages are not accepted.
- between the author's data, the title of the article, annotations and the main text, before and after tables, figures and formulas, an additional single spacing is to be made. Hyphens in the title and text of the article are not allowed.
- the maximum number of co-authors is three.
4. The structure of the article submitted in English:
line 1 – UDC index (alignment on the left edge);
line 2 − remains blank for DOI
line 3 – author’s surname and name (centered, bold, straight)
line 4 − academic degree and scientific title (centered, no shortening)
line 5 - author's position (centered)
line 6 - full name of the institution, city and country where the author works (centered)
line 7 - author's email address (centered)
line 8 - author's ORCID ID (centered)
line 9 − the title of the article (centered, bold, straight, capital letters)
paragraph 1 − abstract in English with elements: relevance of the problem, research purpose, methods and results of the study (250-300 words), keywords (4-5), separated by a comma
paragraph 2 − the text of the article with its structural components:
Introduction (mandatory coverage of the relevance of the study
Analysis of recent research and publications, previously unresolved part of the general problem (the article should present a qualitative analysis of the literature on the issue under consideration, not just a list of scholars)
The purpose of the article
Research methods (research methods applied, their main content, characteristics and indicators that they record, and units of measurement)
Results and Discussion (main results of the study; discussion of the results, full justification of the obtained scientific results)
Conclusions and prospects for further research
Conflict of Interest. If no conflict exists: Add the following statement: "The authors declare no conflict of interest." If a conflict exists, clearly specify the nature of the conflict (financial, personal, or other) and the involved parties.
Funding. If funding was received, provide the list of all financial organizations that supported the work and their grant numbers (if applicable). If no funding was received, add the phrase: "This research did not receive any specific grant from funding agencies in the public, commercial, or not-for-profit sectors."
Data Availability. Select and specify one of the following options that best describes the data availability for your research:
- The data associated with this study are available in [repository name] under the identifier [DOI or link].
- Data will be made available upon reasonable request to the corresponding author.
- Data are not publicly available due to [state reasons, e.g., privacy/ethical restrictions].
- This is a theoretical study and does not involve the use of any additional datasets.
Use of Artificial Intelligence. If AI was not used, add the statement: "No AI-assisted technologies were used in the preparation of this manuscript." If AI was used, the authors clearly specify: the name of the AI tool/model used; the purpose of its use; confirm that the authors have thoroughly reviewed and edited the content and take full responsibility for the scientific content of the work [Policy on Use of Artificial Intelligence]
Acknowledgements (optional). In this section, the authors can acknowledge individuals or organizations that assisted with the research but whose contribution does not qualify them for authorship.
References (APA-7, provided in alphabetic order. It is obligatory to provide a DOI to each of the sources. It is prohibited to cite in the text and include in the references those sources that are published in russian in any country, as well as sources in other languages, if they are published in russia and belarus. Self-citation (citation of the author's previously published works) is limited to 20%. The reference to the source in the text of the article is indicated in square brackets [ ], e.g. [1; 2, p.33], and in the middle is the number of the corresponding source in the references.

below − in Ukrainian: author’s data, the title of the article, abstract (250-300 words) with elements: relevance of the problem, research purpose, methods and results of the study, keywords (4-5), separated by a comma. For non-Ukrainian authors, help for free is provided with the Ukrainian part of the article.
