Peer Review Process
All without exception, the manuscript of scientific articles undergoes a thorough examination of compliance with the formal requirements for the appropriate variety of scientific information (set by regulatory acts and supplemented by the coordinating council of the scientific publication) and mandatory so-called blind duplicate review. The editorial board reserves the right to reject the article or return it to the author for revision. The author, subject to the desire to post an article in the journal "Leader. Elite. Society "must amend (correct) the content (form) of the article in accordance with the comments (recommendations) of reviewers (editorial board) and submit it to the editorial board for the completion of the review procedure. If the manuscript submitted to the journal does not correspond to the journal's profile or the scientific level of the materials submitted by the author is too low, the editorial board has the right to make a decision to reject the submitted manuscript of the article without the appointment of a review procedure.
Sources of Support
Financing of the publication of the magazine and its distribution is carried out at the expense of its founders, the author's staff of the corresponding number, as well as voluntary contributions of third parties.
The review and review of the submitted article begins after the editorial board has received the information on the payment for editorial and publishing services (the cost of publication is 42 UAH per page of the article (A4 format). Members of the Coordination Council and the editorial board of the scientific and practical journal "Leader Elita. ", The staff members of the founding institutions of the scientific publication (subject to the request of the administration of the higher educational institution), as well as leading scientists - doctors of science, publishing services may be provided on a royalty-free basis i. In this case, the author pays only the cost copy of the magazine and sending to the address. In case of a negative opinion from the members of the editorial board on the scientific value of the submitted article and the decision of the impossibility of placing the author in the magazine paid them back amount.
