About the Journal
Focus and Scope
The thematic focus of the journal is the discussion and publication of the results of scientific research and best practices on a wide range of topical issues in the field of knowledge "Culture and Art" (02) in the field of "Management of Socio-Cultural Activity" (028).
The scientific journal is aimed at highlighting the topical problems of theory, history, culture and art of management, its achievements and prospects of development in the socio-cultural sphere of Ukraine and the world.
In each issue of the journal, the results of research work is carried out by scientists from Ukrainian and foreign higher educational institutions and scientific institutions are published; expert assessments and recommendations of leading scientists and practitioners in the field of management of the socio-cultural sphere; information on scientific events; reviews of monographs, textbooks, scientific and methodical manuals on managerial disciplines in sectors of the socio-cultural sphere.
Regular sections of the journal are "Theory and History of Management", "Culture and Art of Management", "Management Education", "Psychology of Management", "Entrepreneurship, Management and Marketing in the Spheres of Socio-Cultural Sphere", "State, Regional and Municipal Management of Culture", "Strategic and financial management of the development of the cultural and artistic complex", "Corporate management of cultural organizations", "Innovation and investment management", "Information technologies in the management of the socio-cultural sphere", etc.
The materials published in the journal, original, reveal the topical issues of the theory and practice of management; reflect qualified positions and competent opinions of scientists, experts, practitioners and managers; orient the readers for an in-depth understanding of the problems that are being studied today by the science and practice of governance in the socio-cultural field.
The published materials on the pages of the journal develop the modern theory, history, culture and art of management, enrich the practice of socio-cultural activities with original managerial decisions and technologies that can be used both in the educational process at different levels of study, as well as in scientific researches, including dissertations.Peer Review Process
The review is carried out with the purpose of selecting the most relevant, original materials, improving the quality of the articles and ensuring a high scientific level of the magazine.
The review is carried out by members of the editorial board or by third-party experts on behalf of the editorial board. All reviewers must be recognized by experts in the subject matter of the reviewed materials.
The editorial board conducts a double-blind review (the reviewer does not knows who the author’ article is, the author’ article does not know who the reviewer is). Terms reviews are determined by the editor-in-chief, based on the plans the timing of the magazine.
The review is made out on the electronic form in which the reviewer must provide specific answers to the questions posed in the form to review the article (see review form).
When receiving a positive review, the article is published in order of priority.
The editorial office sends the authors of the submitted materials a copy of the reviews or a motivated rejection, signed by the Executive Editor.
The editorial board has the right not to accept the author's material for publication in cases of: non-sponsored instruction; detection of borrowing elements (plagiarism); inconsistency of the article in the subject matter of the journal; presence of reviewer’s negative evaluation.
For all articles which are submitted for review, the level of uniqueness is determined using the "UNICHECK" software.Publication Frequency

Open Access Policy
This magazine practices a policy of immediate open access to published content, supporting the principles of the free dissemination of scientific information and the global exchange of knowledge for the sake of universal social progress.
Ethical standards for authors
The authors bear personal responsibility for the text of the manuscript submitted to the editorial office. They must:
– Provide edited materials that have not previously been published and are not being considered in another edition. Verbatim copying of their own works and their paraphrasing are unacceptable.
– provide reliable results of the conducted researches. False or fraudulent statements deemed inadmissible;
– if necessary, at the request of the editorial board, provide the source data for the editorial review;
– adhere to the ethics of scientific citation. In the case of using fragments of other people's works and / or borrowing the statements of other authors, the article should be made corresponding links.
Articles that are compilations of materials published by other authors, without their creative processing and their own author's understanding, are not accepted by the editors of the magazine.Ethical standards for editors
The editor-in-chief of the magazine is ultimately responsible for deciding on the publication of the manuscript submitted, following the policy of the magazine, taking into account all legal requirements in force at the time of publication, with respect to defamation, copyright infringement and plagiarism. When deciding on publication, the editor-in-chief may consult with the deputy editor-in-chief, members of the editorial board, and reviewers. Editors evaluate the intellectual content of manuscripts regardless of race, color, gender, religious beliefs, ethnic origin, citizenship or political outlook of the author (s). They should not disclose information about the manuscripts submitted for consideration to third parties other than the author, reviewers and potential reviewers, as well as, in some cases, members of the editorial board of the magazine, if necessary. In addition, the editors make every effort to ensure the purity of the review process, in which the identity of the author is unknown to the reviewer and vice versa.
In assessing the manuscript for publication, in addition to accounting for standard criteria in terms of the accuracy of the manuscript, the quality of its presentation and its contribution to the knowledge base of humanity, editors should also seek evidence that the moral damage during the described research is minimized. It is necessary to determine whether the benefits of a particular study are likely to be damaged. Since the journal welcomes the receipt of manuscripts from any country, it is necessary to understand that laws and legal regulations relating to the ethics of research and the approval of ethical standards are different throughout the world.
