Focus and Scope of Activities
Publication of original research and authoritative reviews on innovative technologies in construction, architecture, and other fields of science and technology. New solutions and methods for measuring, predicting, and studying the properties of materials, structures, and technological processes. Various aspects of the design, construction, and operation of industrial and civil facilities and infrastructure. Issues in energy, ecology, and computer and information technologies.
By publishing the results of their research in the international journal *Transfer of Innovative Technologies*, scientists have the opportunity to participate in technology transfer to industry. Industry professionals, in turn, can draw on the scientific and practical information in the journal—each in their own field:
- Construction professionals and architects – from the “Architecture, Construction” sections;
- Mechanical engineers and design engineers – from the “Engineering, Environment” section;
- Specialists in management and computer science – from the “Information Technology” section.

The journal's goal is to bridge the gap that arises between rapidly emerging new scientific knowledge and its implementation in industry, a process that takes considerably longer.
The journal’s objective in achieving its goal is to establish the “scientific component” of the transfer of modern technologies from science to industry. Therefore, the articles published in the journal emphasize both scientific innovation and practical value.
The expert evaluation process
The editorial board employs a double-blind peer review process. This process involves the following.
- All manuscripts are first reviewed by the editors to assess their relevance to the journal’s scope and requirements.
- Following the editors’ decision, submitted manuscripts are sent to external experts working in the relevant field. The manuscript undergoes a double-blind review process: neither the authors nor the reviewers know each other’s identities.
- Reviewers' comments are sent to the authors along with a possible recommendation to revise the manuscript. The editor informs the authors whether the manuscript has been accepted and requires no revision, whether the authors are given the opportunity to revise the manuscript and resubmit it, or whether the manuscript has been rejected.
Open Access Policy
“Transfer of Innovative Technologies” is an open-access journal. All articles are free for users to read, download, and print.
This journal provides immediate open access to its content, based on the principle that free public access to research promotes greater global knowledge exchange.

Frequency of posts
The magazine is published twice a year.
The magazine's publication schedule includes:
Submission of articles for publication in the next issue—by April 20 or October 20; publication of the article—following peer review and plagiarism checks.
Thus, issues are released on a monthly basis: after June 30 or December 30
Payment Terms
There is no fee for submitting an article;
Publication of a single research article formatted in accordance with the editorial board’s requirements: verification of the reference list (formatting according to standards, searching for and assigning digital DOIs) – 80 euros.
History of the magazine
“Transfer of Innovative Technologies” is a scientific and industrial journal aimed at university researchers, specialists at industrial enterprises, and research institutes.
The journal is an objective, reliable, and practical source of scientific information. It has been published since 2018.
2017 – a magazine was founded.
2018 – The first issue of the magazine has been published.
2018 – The journal has been assigned an ISSN and a DOI.
