Procedure for accepting articles

Original problem articles that have never been published before (Ukrainian, and English) are accepted for publication in scientific journal.

The procedure of scientific examination are all research articles received by the editorial Board. The review process is carried out by members of the editorial Board and independent experts in the relevant fields and takes place within 14 days. For all articles submitted for review, the level of uniqueness of the author's text is determined using the appropriate software ("UNICHECK"), which shows the level of uniqueness of the article. Uniqueness must be at least 85%.

The editorial Board passes the article to the reviewers by the so-called "blind" method of reviewing.

According to the results of the review, the editorial Board decides on:

  • acceptance of the article;
  • return of the article to the author for revision, taking into account the comments of reviewers;
  • refusal to accept the article for publication.

The process of reviewing and editing articles is maximally automated. The database of the system stores information about the authors of scientific articles, reviewers, editors and contact information.

Reviewers receive an article without the name of the author (s) of the article, and the author (s) is not informed of the names of the reviewers.

Review form (Appendix 1)

The editorial Board reserves the right to reject an article at the stage of preliminary consideration, if its content does not correspond to the subject and scientific direction of the journal, as well as the requirements for the structure and technical design of the article are not met.
