A comprehensive functional examination of 30 healthy men aged 21 to 50 years. Moderate physical activity up to 100-125 watts was accompanied by significant increase in vital capacity and forced vital capacity. This is indicative of the activation of functional reserves of the respiratory system during the recovery period after exercise. Set a limit to the power of exercise performed, achieved a majority surveyed (125-150 watts). This indicator is recommended as a standard test, which indicates a satisfactory performance of healthy men.
