Вплив гідротермічних чинників довкілля на урожайність і біохімічний склад насіння сої

Анотація

Встановлено значну диференціацію за господарсько-біологічними показниками у селекційних ліній сої за роками. Врожайність коливалась від 0,84 т/га до 2,59 т/га при середньому значенні 1,40 т/га. Вміст в насінні білка знаходився у межах 29,9–38,2 %, вміст олії – 16,8–19,2 %. Середній вміст білка в насінні дорівнював 34,8 %, вміст олії –18,1 %. Визначено кореляцію між показниками врожайності і якості та гідротермічними чинниками довкілля. Встановлено зв’язки: позитивний сильний – між урожайністю і відносною вологістю повітря (r=0,723); позитивний середній – між урожайністю та сумою опадів (r=0,605); негативний середній – між урожайністю та середньою температурою повітря (r= -0,666); негативний слабкий – між урожайністю та сумою ефективних температур (r= -0,373). Урожайність обумовлює продуктивність агроценозу сої за збором білка і олії 1 га (r=0,994). Вміст білка в насінні дуже сильно корелював із сумарним вмістом білка і олії (r=0,948).
