Анотація

У роботі виконано порівняльне вивчення характеристик традиційних типів рідинних сонячних колекторів металевого типу (з теплоприйомником, виконаним з алюмінієвих і мідних трубок) і нового типу сонячного колектора, виготовленого з полімерного матеріалу. Повністю полімерний сонячний колектор (включаючи теплоприйомник і прозоре покриття) на 67.8% легше, ніж традиційний металевий сонячний колектор. Полімерний сонячний коллектор був виконаний з багатоканальних полікарбонатних плит і являє собою багатоярусну сендвіч-структуру. Експериментальне обладнання забезпечувало проведення паралельних порівняльних випробувань у відкритому середовищі при повністю ідентичних зовнішніх умовах (інтенсивність сонячного випромінювання, рівень вітронавантаження і температура навколишнього середовища). Випробування проведені при природній і вимушеної циркуляції теплоносія. Експериментальні результати свідчать, що ефективність полімерного сонячного колектора порівняно з традиційним металевим колектором знижується в середньому на 8 -15%.
