The analysis of the economic development factors of the national economy has been carried out, which makes it possible to establish the priority importance of institutionalism for understanding economic development, which consists in the possibility of combining economic and socio-economic processes, political and cultural changes. The concept of development of transformational processes in the economic sphere of industrial enterprise activity is developed on the basis of an integrated system approach
