It was established that the development of the agricultural sector, including fisheries, to date, given the acknowledged priority of Ukraine's integration into the EU can’t be implemented beyond the transition to modern international and European standards. It is grounded methodological support of public administration in the process of adapting the agricultural sector to EU requirements
