Improvement of classification of real estate of railway transport

The classification structure of real estate of railway transport was generalized. It was established that in real estate of railway transport are buildings of almost all segments of the real estate market. The features of the real estate of railway transport are defined and classification of the real estate of railway transport of the commercial real estate was improved.
