The modern scientific views on the professional competence formation of the school heads, which is the basis of its organizational culture, are considered in the article. The author reveals the peculiarities of development management of professional competence of managers as a part of organizational culture formation. The characteristic features of its organizational culture in the process of analysis of administrative activity of school heads are identified
