The role of society "Main ruska council" in implementing the ruska (ukrainian) language in school

The attention is paid to the Constitution of Austrian state which guaranteed equal rights in education and public life to all people of the Monarchy. The attempts of "Main Ruska Council" to introduce Ruska language in school are shown. Certain appeals of the society concerning Ruska language learning in schools of Western Galychyna are presented. The attention is paid to the Austrian government reaction to such attempts of Galychyna intellectuals
