Abstract

The article is devoted to research of the synergetic foundations of development of professional culture and liability of aircraft specialists in the modern dynamic open society. Application of synergy ideas in postgraduate education system means creating terms of choice and giving each individual chance to subject movement to success in the educational environment, encouraging independence selection and adoption of responsible decisions to ensure the development of alternative and independent way
