Legal status of subjects of supporting bunkruptcy proceeding: domestic and foreign experience

It was investigated the interaction between the three key players in the bankruptcy procedure: the court, bankruptcy manager and the public body for bankruptcy. On the example of foreign law was found the relation between the effectiveness of law regulation and the coordination of the management and control powers between entities of providing a bankruptcy procedure. It was determined the ways of improving the domestic system of bankruptcy procedure
