Analysis of information systems for the secondary school management

In the article was carried out comparative analysis of the modern program, network resources that are presented on educational market. For analysis there were selected ten resourses namely: “Electric diary” site, “Smarci” project, “Electric diary” system, “Class mark” educational portal, “SmileS. School map” project, “Unis. Electric journal” program complex, “Course. Education” project, “Electic journal” system, “Diary.Ua” Ukrainian educational network, “My school” Ukrainian educational ecosystem. The author described the possibilities, architecture and moduls of every product, gave the reference for access. On the base of every one of listed program resourses may be built the unitary informational educational space (UIES) of educational institution for automatization of the management of institution, educational process and quality of educational services. The program resourse must be selected depending on aim set by administration at constructing UIES. In the article were presented the possibilities of the each of listed program resourses, all needs of parents, pupils and institution administration that are satisfied by each resourse. There were analyzed the systems of management automatization for efficient receipt of information about pupils and school workers, forming reports, programs for automatized making and conducting the timetable of lessons, automatization of the library work, automatized producing the year school plan and so on. Until in Ukraine there is no unitary package of programs for management automatization that is given to every general educational institution it is necessary to choose independently among existing program support. The author preffers the “My school” system because it is free of charge, guarantees automatized management of educational institution, influences on educational process and improves the successfulness of pupils and was approbated in schools of Chaplin disctict of Cherson region and also in Odessa, Cherkasy, Ujgorod, Melitopol cities. But every product from the list cited in this article may be selected by administration and garantees the modernization of educational process and put the educational institution anagement on the higher qualitative level
