Abstract

On the basis of researches from 2012 to 2016 it is determined that in the formation of toxigenic mycobiota of various (plant, soil and water) Azerbaijan’s coenoses 74 fungal species, 11 of them are found in the water, 59- in the soil and 49- on the plant coenoses are participated. The detected fungi belong to the divisions Zygomycota (3 types), Ascomycota (65 species) and Bazidiomycota (6 species)
