Ways of improving of national educational policy in graduating new type specialists with effective implication of achieved knowledge in higher educational institution during the practictical training

The research analyzes modern scientific views on the problem of the implementation of legislative acts to ensure the improvement of the state educational policy in the training of specialists of a new type. The examples of positive experience and the introduction of new modern technologies of teaching and practice of students in work on modern technological equipment of the new generation are cited, the reasons for the inert attitude to the problem of heads of educational personnel are determined
