Training of managers of pedagogical colleges for innovation activities in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education

Abstract

Training of managers of pedagogical colleges for innovate activities are substantiated in the article on the basis of the author's model of development of professional managerial competence by the means of training. Structural components of definite model are characterized. The content of the teaching modules is defined. The results of training of managers on their attitude to innovation, their introduction into professional management activities, creating an environment for innovation activities of pedagogical staff are analyzed.
