Abstract

The article analyzes the approaches to the formation of professional self-esteem, defines the notion of the professional self-esteem grounding at the literary sources analysis, its role in the professional activity of teacher. The article focuses at the professional self-esteem development problems of teachers to be as a key component of the social and psychological competence in the educational and professional activities. The article gives a sample diagram of a lesson reflection for young teachers.
