Abstract

The factors of effective personnel adaptation was outlined in the article. State of social and labor relations was analyzed, features of personnel adaptation at enterprises in construction industry was described. Elements for composing appropriate adaptation context were aggregated. The elements of complex system for personnel recruiting and adaptation were defined. A classification of factors based on direct impact on personnel adaptation process was offered
