Professional (scientific) interests: mechanisms of plant resistance and their induction by means of endogenous and exogenous factors; study of adaptational syndrome with structural and functional markers of stress state of plant organism, as well as of plant and farming ecosystems. Taran N.Yu. experimentally justified the original concept of adaptive reactions induction of plant organism adaptational syndrome featuring components of a lipid-pigment complex – glycolipids, carotenoid pigments, and intermediates of peroxidation of photosynthetic membranes lipids.
