Analysis of the trends of postgraduate primary school teachers’ training under informal education

The article is devoted to the analysis of foreign and native scientific works about the problem of revelation and generalization of the modern trends of postgraduate training of the primary school teachers. The role of formal, non-formal and informal education was elucidated. The importance of combination of these types of postgraduate education for adults was proved. The global and national character of changes that influence the formation of the native postgraduate education of the primary school teachers was outlined.
Theoretical analysis of scientific works of the foreign and Ukrainian scientists allows state that there are the world (global) and national (regional) trends. We think that they must be characterized from the point of view of the long or short term.
This article determines and generalizes the trends of postgraduate training of the primary school teachers within non-formal education such as: global (globalization, integration, continuousness); national (creation of the national strategy in the branch of training teachers within postgraduate education and also regulatory policy for giving educational services to the teachers in institutions of formal and non-formal education). Alongside with it these trends are characterized by the author from the point of view of the long or short term.
The research does not include the whole spectrum of problems about the trends in national postgraduate training of the primary school teachers within non-formal education. It was proved, that the revealed trends widened the problem field of researches as to improvement of pedagogical mastership of the modern primary school teachers. We considered the study of the results of the work of formal and non-formal education of teachers as prospective directions of the further researches for official confirmation of the professional competence level
