Abstract

The article deals with the peculiarities of the application of systemic and synergetic approaches to the formation of intercultural competence of future specialists of socio-occupational professions. It is noted that the significance of systemic and synergetic approaches to the formation of professional competence of socio-occupational professions’ specialists is decisive despite the need to modernize and adapt the national system of education to the requirements of time and society. The methodological specificity of the system approach is substantiated, which is in the purpose of the study – to investigate the patterns and mechanisms of the formation of a holistic object from separate components. The approaches of different scholars to the understanding of the essence of the system approach (I. Bloomberg, J. Burchfield, S. Optner, V. Sadovsky, R. Fejgin, A. D. Hall, E. Judin) are revealed. The objectives of system approach is outlined: development of conceptual (formal and content) means of reproduction of research objects as systems; construction of generalized models of systems and models of different classes and system properties; study of the methodological foundations of various systems theories. It is noted that the system approach requires professional training and formation of intercultural competence of specialists in socio-occupational profession as a single multidimensional system characterized by hierarchical coherence of all elements, an organic combination of internal and external connections, integrity, and the ability to respond flexibly to changes in the educational process. The author revealed the essence of the synergetic approach based on the domination in the educational activity of self-education, self-organization, self-management to stimulate or motivate the impact on the subject in order to self-disclose and self-improvement, self-actualization in the process of cooperation with other people and with oneself. It is noted that the role of the future specialist of socio-occupational professions in forming their own intercultural competence is decisive, since it involves readiness for self-development, self-education, self-improvement in accordance with the requirements of professional activity and the specifics of the environment. A statement is made that the effectiveness of forming the intercultural competence of future specialists of the socionomic sphere is possible only on the basis of the dialectic combination of system and synergetic approaches, the application of the integrated system-synergetic methodology.
