Abstract

Data of epidemiology, etiological factors, pathogenesis, clinical appearance, histological characteristics, and complications of lichen sclerosis were considered. A clinical research of the successful surgical treatment of recurrent lichen sclerosis with involvement gland, most of the penis, with distal urethra obliteration is given.
