The impact of golf on the physical and mental health of man

The paper presents the results of summarizing the literature data on existing research conducted to determine the impact of golf on physical and mental health. Golf can be an alternative for people who do not exercise regularly, while encouraging the recommended amount of physical activity that promotes a healthy lifestyle.
