The modern educational process in physical education needs to form educational competencies for a limited time. It is necessary to use modern approaches. Material and methods: Objects. 20 healthy first-year students of bachelor of different sports qualification, who are engaged in single combats (n = 20). Following the results of the stating experiment, the participants were divided into two groups: group A (n = 10) – students with a satisfactory level of physical fitness; group B (n = 10) – students with a high level of physical fitness. Methods: testing of physical fitness using specific field tests for long jumpers for to determine the physical fitness of combat sports students and their ranking by test groups (30 m running (s); standing long jump (cm) 5-fold jump on the take-off leg (cm); triple standing jump (cm); long Jump (cm)); record video and video analysis of the elements technique of the long jump (long jump (cm); speed of the last 5 m of running start (m/s); speed of the last 10 m running start (m/s); take-off time (m/s); tempo of the last six steps (step/s)) – in order to determine the technique of the long jump from a run; the statistics made it possible to determine the effectiveness of programs of study the technique of the long jump by comparing the indicators of the initial and repeated video analysis of the records. Approach. The impact of two study programs on long jumps with a running start of students was investigated. They learn to become coaches and are engaged in types of single combats. Programs are developed considering two approaches: 1) holistic execution of different jumps (holistic approach); 2) performing special exercises and long jump parts (differentiated approach). To form study programs, the main exercises for studying long jump techniques were chosen. Results: At the beginning of the study, the indicators of physical fitness were stated. The objects were ranked into two different groups A (satisfactory level of physical fitness) and B (high level of physical fitness) (p<0.05): 30 m running – [4,53 s (Group A); 4,39 s (Group B)]; standing long jump – [235,63 cm (Group A); 273,38 cm (Group B)]; 5-fold jump on the take-off leg – [1223.50 cm (Group A); 1270.88 cm (Group B)]; triple standing jump – [635,88 cm (Group A); 667,38 cm (Group B)]; long jump – [451,75 cm (Group A); 472,63 cm (Group B)]. After used approach, it was found that as a result of study the long jump technique using different programs, the test results significantly improved (p<0.05): long jumps – for the athletes of Group A [451,75 cm; 478,50 cm], for the athletes of Group B [472,63 ; 491,88 cm]; speed of the last 5 m of running start – for the athletes of Group A [6,41; 6,47 m/s], for the athletes of Group B [6,79 ; 6,87 m/s]; speed of the last 10 m running start – for the athletes of Group A [6,42; 6,48 m/s]; take-off time – for athletes of Group A [0,23 ; 0,21 m/s], for the athletes of Group B [0,22; 0,20 m/s]; tempo of the last six steps – for the athletes of Group A [3,01 ; 3,13 steps/s], for the athletes of Group B [3,24 ; 3,41 steps/s]. The positive impact of the developed programs on speed indicators of running start and take-off in both test groups was found. All indicators as a result of intra-group and inter-group comparison significantly differed from the beginning to the end of the research (p<0,05). The exception was indicators of take-offs, which didn’t differ significantly in groups A and B (p>0,05). Conclusion: The effectiveness of the influence of both developed training programs on the long jump technique was discovered. Despite the previous motor experience and nonspecialized sports activity, it is possible to introduce different ways of studying motor actions, which are provided by the educational program. This allows you to maximize the individual opportunities of students. The presented long jump approaches allow using the level of physical fitness of trained individuals as a basis for the formation of educational programs. This allows you to increase the motivation, curiosity, and effectiveness of training a modern specialist in physical education. The development of flexible programs for students to study in other types of track and field is necessary.

Andrii Yefremenko Copyright (c) 27 1 Orthodox versus Virtual Approach in the Administration of a Battery of Physical Fitness Tests in the Higher Education Context https://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/282097
Background and Study Aim. Several scientific works have demonstrated the effectiveness of administering a battery of PFTs for both orthodox and virtual approaches. However, there is a scarcity of papers comparing these two approaches at this current time and in a college context in the Philippines. Since this post-pandemic period, assessing the efficiency of these two approaches is imperative. This study compared the two approaches in the administration of PFTs in a span of 5 weeks. The performance of the participants in both approaches was assessed through their post-test scores. The results will allow to determine which of the two approaches can effectively be used, to locate at-risk students, and help students improve their health and well-being.

Materials and Methods. The selected participants were chosen via Purposive sampling technique. The subjects for the study are students from two sections in a higher education institution in Region III (Pampanga), Philippines. The collection of data was performed by requiring participants to answer a questionnaire subdivided into two parts. The first part requires participants to provide their gender, age, and BMI (pre-test score). Lastly, the second part requests participants to fill-out the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) to determine participants with medical history. The participants are divided into two groups (Orthodox Approach and Virtual Approach). The battery of PFTs include the hexagonal test, Plank test, Hand-wall test, Stork-balance test, and Vertical jump. One of these exams will be given weekly for five weeks to each student. Obtained data were processed via IBM SPSS 27. The profile and results of the selected PFTs were interpreted using descriptive statistics like frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Additionally, Independent samples and Paired t-test were performed to determine the variance between the approaches in the administration of PFTs.

Results. It was found that no significant variance was observed in all the selected PFTs in the performance for both approaches. Fascinatingly, a significant variance was observed in the improvement of the participants’ BMI (pre- versus post-test scores) for both approaches. In terms of significance value, administration of the selected PFTs on the virtual approach is slightly significant compared to the orthodox approach (p = .004) versus (p = .009). Lastly, in terms of the analysis of the effectiveness of both approaches, no significant variance was observed. Even though the orthodox approach is slightly higher compared to the virtual approach.

Conclusions. It was observed that both approaches are highly effective for college students and the selected physical fitness tests administered may continuously be used. By comparing students' performance before and after the intervention, we can identify those at risk and help them make lifestyle changes that will improve their health and well-being. It is probable that this strategy will only be successful if physical education instructors employ a stringent and detailed system of monitoring. The major goal of such surveillance should be ensuring that students take all mandatory assessments. Limitations and future research directions are also presented in this paper.
Joseph Lobo Andrea Audine Bulquerin Lou Margarett Parcon Jasper John De Castro Kimberly Durana Kathlyn Sison Manilyn Legarda Lemuel Pastrana Kristia Estilo Ben Capadosa Copyright (c) 27 1 PECULIARITIES OF THE EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY OF HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENTS IN PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS DURING THE USE OF DISTANCE FORMS OF LEARNING https://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/282035
Currently, there is not enough reliable information about how students of universities in physical culture and sports relate to distance learning. Research purpose: to establish the attitude of students in higher educational institutions in physical culture and sports to the distance forms of learning. Material and methods. Research methods included analysis of scientific and methodological literature, surveys, and methods in mathematical statistics. Acrobatic girls were divided into 2 groups: 1) roles at the top (n=32), puberty age (13.96±1.02), 2) roles in the middle and at the bottom (n=42), youth age (19.36±2.86). Young acrobats: 1) roles above (n=32), average age 14.88±2.32; 2) roles in the middle and below (n=48), average age 20.38±2.89. Sports qualification of athletes: I adult division, candidates for masters of sports and masters of sports of Ukraine. Anthropometry methods (study of shoulder width and pelvis), index methods (sexual dimorphism index and «2D:4D» finger index), mathematical statistics methods were used. Statistical processing was carried out using the STATISTICA 10.0 computer program and MS Excel XP software packages. The main indicators of mathematical statistics were: arithmetic mean (X), standard deviation (SD), standard error of the arithmetic mean (m), Brave-Pearson correlation analysis (r). The non-parametric U-Mann-Whitney statistical test was used to examine the differences between the indicators used. The level of significance was taken as p<0.05. The results. According to the data of somatotyping (J. Tanner's index) in acrobats aged 12-15 years of age (n=32), the following data were obtained: mesomorphic somatotype was found in 31.25% of female athletes (77, 28±3.21), gynecomorphic in 68.75% (95.55±0.41) at p<0.05. Andromorphic somatotype was not detected in any of the athletes. In acrobats of roles in the middle and below (age 16-23 years, n=42), mesomorphic somatotype was found in 80.95% of cases (61.64±2.17), andromorphic in 19.05% of female athletes (98, 21±0.55) at p<0.05. Gynomorphic (feminine) in those in the middle and below, none of the athletes of this role was found. As a result of the research between different somatotypes of acrobats of different roles, 10 close correlation relationships of medium and high significance (r=450-0.952) were obtained. The obtained data of the indicators of the finger index «2D:4D» in female athletes, in the middle and below, the female and equal type of hand was found in 76.20% of female athletes (0.993±0.0006), the male type of hand was found in 23.80% of the subjects. (0.887±0.0005). In those who do not play sports, 92.85% of the subjects had female and equal type of hand (1.003±0.0007), male in 7.15% (0.887±0.0004). In the male acrobats of those in the middle and below, 100% of the athletes (0.887±0.0005) had a male type of hand, and none of those studied had a female type of hand. In the group of those who do not do sports, the male type was also found in 100% of the subjects (0.887±0.0006). The significance of differences between groups of athletes with female and male hand type was found at p<0.05. 10 correlation relationships of medium significance were revealed (r=-0.402-0.662). According to the conducted research, the average values (Х±SD) of the masculinity index in the top acrobats are 1.45±0.003, in the middle and bottom acrobats are 1.34±0.08, and in non-athletes – 1.30±0.04. Significant (p<0.05) changes in the indicators of acrobats of those above, relative to the group of people who do not play sports, were revealed. Conclusions. Somatotyping according to J. Tanner in acrobats of both roles revealed changes in sexual constitution, namely, a significant percentage of the mesomorphic somatotype, and in acrobats of the middle and lower roles, also a small percentage of the andromorphic type. Thus, in the course of the conducted research, we identified morphological signs of masculinization of acrobats, and most of them with mesomorphic and andromorphic sexual somatotypes in sportswomen played roles in the middle and below. In those above, the female sexual somatotype is preserved. Not a single case of a female type of hand was found in male acrobats, all subjects had a male type of hand. The feminine and equal type is found in a small percentage of young men who do not play sports. Female athletes with roles in the middle and below have an increased masculinity index, which is caused by an increase in shoulder width and a decrease in pelvic width. The presence of a significant number of correlation relationships of medium and high degree between the studied indicators was revealed.
Наталія Вероніка Бачинська Copyright (c) 27 1 Sports branding as an object of scientific analysis based on the study of publications in the international scientometric database Scopus https://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/280691
Background and Study Aim: Sports branding is a systematic process of communication with a mass audience, aimed at creating a special sports culture: understanding the need to maintain a healthy lifestyle; maintaining interest in sports activities; formation of a positive image of the country through large-scale events, etc. Branding technologies are currently actively used not only by sports clubs, individual athletes, public authorities, but also by non-profit physical culture and sports organizations. Thus, this study was aimed at systematizing modern scientific ideas about sports branding. The purpose is a bibliometric analysis of sports branding research based on the study of publications in the international scientometric database Scopus.

Material and Methods: the literature on sports branding included in the Scopus database for the period from 1999 to 2023 was studied. Bibliometric methods of information processing were used in the context of sports branding. VOSviewer software was used for visual analysis in terms of publication, author, country, journals, citations and keywords with bibliometric mapping, visualization of cluster density, citation weights.

Results: after verification, a total of 160 publications from the Scopus database were included. The largest number of works relate to the following areas of research: Business, Management and Accounting, Social Sciences, etc. The leading country in terms of publication activity is the United States with 59 publications. As for the authors, Y. Dubinsky and A. Richelieu have published the largest number of works and made a great contribution to the study of sports branding. The study was conducted in the youth athletic center № 3 in Lutsk and in the sports club of Lutsk National Technical University in the 2022–2023 academic year. The following methods were used in the work: the analysis of qualifying literary sources, testing, the methods of mathematical statistics.

Results. Based on the analysis of practical experience, we have developed test programs for swimming in full coordination on the arms and legs for swimmers from the third to the first athletic title, freestyle and specializing in short/medium/long courses. There are sample calculations of controlled testing in full coordination for athletes specializing in 1500 meters freestyle. Testing: 15 x 100 meters freestyle and an average speed is 90–95%. The rest period between the distances is 1 min. 30 seconds. The calculations were carried out in the following way: every hundred meter race and the time was recorded in the same sequence as the athlete was swimming.

The figures obtained in seconds were summed up and the total amount was initially 1135,09 seconds. 60,25 seconds were added. This is the time of correction for the result for 1500 meters freestyle. So, the total time in seconds 1195,34 was transferred into minutes and seconds and obtained 19,55,34. Thus, the time 19,55,34 corresponds to the level of physical fitness of an athlete at this distance at the time of testing.

Conclusion. The developed test programs made it possible to determine the physical fitness of athletes, their readiness for competition. They learn to become coaches and are engaged in types of single combats. Programs are developed taking into account two approaches: 1) holistic execution of different jumps; 2) performing special exercises and long jump parts (segmented approach). To form study programs, the main exercises for studying long jump techniques were chosen. Results: The positive impact of the developed programs on speed indicators of running start and take-off in both test groups was found. All indicators as a result of intra-group and inter-group comparison significantly differed from the beginning to the end of the research. The exception was indicators of take-offs, which didn’t differ significantly in groups A and B. Sport is recognized as a powerful tool for promoting social well-being and development, as it can bring individual and social benefits. In this connection, inclusion in sport should be seen as an important cross-cutting theme. Despite this, there are still barriers that prevent certain individuals and groups from participating. Since no scientometric or bibliometric analyses on "inclusion in sport" has been published so far therefore, our study aims to fill this gap.

Study Aim: This study aims to determine the structure of the research field "Inclusion in Sport" and answer the following research questions: 1. What are the leading thematic areas of research? 2. What areas need further study?

Material and Methods: We applied analysis of literary sources, synthesis, generalization and bibliometric methods such as scientific mapping and clustering (citation analysis and co-word analysis). VOSviewer 1.6.18 was used to create and visualize bibliometric networks.

Results: Within the available large amount of information co-word analysis has made it possible to combine thematically close keywords into 5 clusters. In the course of the citation analysis, the main references have been distributed among 7 clusters. The findings suggest that there is interest in exploring the challenges and opportunities for inclusion in sport, particularly how sport can contribute to the social integration of people who may be marginalized or excluded. Several authors focus on the medical and biological impact of sport on the physical and mental health of people, including how physical activity can be used as a means of rehabilitation or therapy. A significant amount of research is devoted to the question of how physical education and sport can be adapted for people with disabilities or other special needs. The issue of the diversity of participants and areas of sports activity, as well as strategies to promote participation in sport, is another widely presented topic of research on inclusion in sports. These issues include gender politics in sport, as well as the general inclusive organizational culture of sports structures. Based on the results of the analysis, we have outlined areas that require further study.

Conclusions: As the first bibliometric review of the structure of the "inclusion in sport" research field, this study reveals existing research trends in this direction. During the analysis, the leading areas of scientific attention in the field of inclusion in sports have been identified, as well as the references and keywords most closely related to these areas. research on inclusion in sport appears to be diverse and versatile, covering a range of topics and approaches. However, we have identified some gaps in this area of knowledge, as there are other important topics and areas of focus that are not represented in the results of any of the analyzes or have been underrepresented in the cluster studies. This determines the relevance of further research and is of interest in scientific research in this direction.

Keywords: inclusion, sport, bibliometrics, mapping, clustering, Web of Science.
Olesia Shevchuk Iryna Kohut Viktoriia Marynych Copyright (c) 27 1 The effectiveness of the implementation of interactive tasks in the tactical training of 11-12-year-old football players https://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/279132
Background and purpose of the study: The level of tactical preparation of a football player is one of the determining factors of the success of his actions during competitive activities. A significant number of foreign specialists emphasize the importance of purposeful tactical training of football players starting from a young age which confirms its effectiveness in the practical activities of the world's leading football clubs (Italy, Spain, Germany, etc.). The purpose of the study was: to substantiate scientifically the effectiveness of the tactical training program for football players aged 11-12 years using interactive tasks.

Material and methods: In order to determine the level of psychophysiological properties and mental processes of 11-12-year-old children, a pedagogical observation was conducted with the participation of 100 football players who play in the youth football club of FC "Lviv". In order to find out the requirements for tactical preparation and the focus of interactive tasks on the tactical training of football players at the stage of preliminary basic training, a survey of football coaches was conducted (a total of 50 football coaches were interviewed). Also, in order to determine the effectiveness of the author's tactical training program in comparison with the traditional one, a pedagogical experiment was conducted in which 40 football players, aged 11-12 years old, who play in the youth sports center of the "Rukh" Lviv school were involved.

Results: It was established that in general, the body of children aged 11-12 years demonstrates a sufficient level of indicators of psychophysiological properties (speed of simple and complex reactions) and mental processes (thinking, attention, memory, etc.) for the implementation of purposeful tactical training. It was found that the optimal age for starting purposeful work on the tactical preparation of football players is 11-12 years (36% of responses). Among the key components of tactical training, which need to be prioritized at the stage of preliminary basic training, the formation of tactical skills (86% of responses), tactical knowledge (70% of responses) and tactical thinking (68% of responses). Regarding the form of tactical training classes, priority , according to the opinion of specialists, - group (76% of responses). Among the priority methods of this training area, the interviewees noted (visual (86% of responses), verbal and method of training without an opponent (82% of responses), and among the means they consider the most effective training (92% of answers), competitive exercises (76% of answers) and interactive tasks (56% of answers). The total changes in the tactical preparedness of football players of the experimental and control groups according to the indicators of offensive and defensive actions during the pedagogical experiment demonstrated the absolute superiority of the players of the experimental group over the football players of the control group. The experimental group's offensive abilities improved by 10.3% and defensive abilities by 9.4% compared to the results demonstrated before the start of the experiment.

Conclusions: the higher efficiency of the tactical training program for football players aged 11-12 years, which was based on the application of various interactive tasks, was confirmed, compared to the traditional training program used in Ukrainian football practice. The higher impact of the proposed author's program was noted both on the level of tactical preparedness and indicators of mental processes of young football players.
Roman Nakonechnyi Copyright (c) 27 1 Army Combat Fitness Test evaluation for Air Forces Liaison Servicemen https://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/278819
Abstract.

Background and Study Aim. The article is assigned to solve an actual issue of Army Combat Fitness Test application for Physical Military Readiness evaluation in Armed Forces of Ukraine. The events of the last year (Russian irruption in Ukraine) showed the importance of Physical Military Readiness of servicemen to conduct the battle actions in extreme terms and ability to overcome the influence of various stress factors, keeping a high capacity level. But Armed Forces of Ukraine still use tests from the former Soviet system of military physical training, developed in the last century.

Materials and methods. 78 servicemen (only male) from Air Forces Liaison units were engaged in the study. The average age of servicemen at the beginning of experiment was 27,7 years. The study was directed on ACFT mastering by servicemen, physical fitness evaluation and assessment of Military Tasks Performance (Military Applied Physical Tests and Professional Level Skills). During an experiment a pedagogical testing was conducted for physical fitness evaluation. Pre-test – post-test design was used to determine the ACFT mastering progress by Liaison unit’s servicemen. A paired t-test was used for pre-post data analysis. The authenticity of difference between pre-post data of ACTF results was determined by means of Student’s criterion. For the second part of the analysis, partial correlations were calculated to investigate the relationships between Post data results in each of the six ACFT events, ACFT total score and Military Tasks Performance.

Results. An 8-week study demonstrated improvement in ACFT performance by Air Forces Liaison personnel. Most ACFT events showed statistically improved Post-test results except Sprint-Drag-Carry. Leg tuck results demonstrated 36,6 % increase, Push-ups – 26,4 % increase, 3-Repetition maximum deadlift – 12,7 % increase, Standing Power Throw – 7,3 % increase and 2-mile Run demonstrated 4,5 % improvement. After the unit mastered the ACFT exercises, the proportion of servicemen who passed the ACFT increased by 55.1%. Almost all ACFT events (except of Leg tuck) demonstrate the presence of varying degrees of relationships with the results of Military Tasks performed by Air Forces Liaison unit’s personnel. In general, total ACFT scoring showed significantly moderate (from 0.31 to 0.7) correlation with Performance of Military Tasks servicemen including Professional Standard Tests.

Conclusion. The results of the conducted experiment demonstrated the possibility of using the ACFT complex to assess the Physical Military Readiness of servicemen in Armed Forces of Ukraine. However, the use of the ACFT requires its prior mastering by military personnel.

Keywords: Army Combat Fitness Test, Physical Military Readiness evaluation, military personnel.
Микола Корчагін Олег Ольховий Олександр Зонов Олександр Большаков Copyright (c) 27 1 CONDUCT OF REGULATED RECREATION AND SPORTS ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE TERRITORY OF SAMYSHYNA BALKA RAVINE https://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/278068
Abstract. A study on the natural-anthropogenic features of the ravine-gully system of Samyshyna balka (Kamianske, Dnipropetrovsk region) was conducted in order to determine the suitability and expediency of using its natural-territorial complexes in recreational and sports activities.

An electronic map of the research object was compiled, which allowed to allocate the territory of the Samishina Balka ravine for the preparation and holding of future sports competitions.

Geoecological monitoring was carried out and zoning of the ravine territory was proposed depending on the safety and expediency of its use, convenience in setting sports distances and solving many organizational issues, resistance to recreational load and preservation of the landscape-territorial complex in accordance with nature protection, recreational, tourist and sports use.

According to the results of a comprehensive territorial analysis within the ravine, it was established that almost the entire territory of the Samishina Balka ravine has a high recreational potential, its landscape is little disturbed, the hydrological and geomorphological conditions are satisfactory for the implementation of recreational activities and various sports competitions without additional regulatory measures, which is confirmed by the pedestrian accessibility of object and ease of movement along it in all directions.

Specially for the "Festival of Healthy Lifestyle" within the territory of the Samyshyna Balka ravine, sports and tourist routes of various purposes and directions were created and arranged for several thousand spectators and athletes. Background and Study Aim: Special physical preparedness of wrestlers is one of the main factors for achieving the highest possible results in competitive activity. Physical qualities can differ significantly among wrestlers of the same skill level, but different individual styles. In this regard, this study is aimed at improving the methods of special physical training of qualified wrestlers, taking into account individual styles of wrestling. Material and Methods: The study involved 30 wrestlers of middle weight categories (72 kg, 77 kg, 82 kg). The participants were divided into two groups: control group - 15 athletes, average age (18.96±1.09) years, average weight (76.27±5.58) kg; experimental group - 15 people, average age (19.07±0.95) years, average weight (75.87±5.68) kg. All participants belonged to athletes of a high level of skill. Training tasks were developed to improve the methodology of special physical training of wrestlers, taking into account the styles of wrestling. The proposed program was tested in a pedagogical experiment that lasted one year. Significance of differences between groups was assessed using nonparametric signs (z) and Rosenbaum (Q) tests. Results: during the experiment, the increase in the results of special physical preparedness among the wrestlers of the experimental group is much higher in all tests and it is in the range from 6% to 14%, and in the control group it is lower - from 2% to 3%. Also, these results were confirmed by a non-parametric criterion of signs. So, the wrestlers of the experimental group at the end of the experiment showed an improvement in performance. A significant increase in the results in the «Pull up» test was shown (z=1; p<0.01). The time to complete the tests significantly decreased: «10 back arch throws» (z=0; p<0.01), «10 suplexes» (z=0; p<0.01), «Flips on the gymnastic “bridge”» (z=0; p <0.01), «Running on the wrestling “Bridge”» (z=0; p<0.01), «10 forward somersaults» (z=0; p<0.01), «Three series of 15 back arch throws» (z=3; p<0.05). The number of repetitions in the tests increased: «Pull-up in 20 s» (z=4; p>0.05), «Push-up in 20 s» (z=4; р>0.05). Conclusions: The fulfillment of the developed training tasks by the wrestlers of the experimental group made it possible at the end of the experiment to show significantly better results in terms of special physical fitness than the athletes of the control group (p<0.05-0.01). Nine control exercises were used to determine the level of physical fitness. The research was conducted in the school stadium and in the school gymnasium. We obtained parental consent for their children's participation in the experiment.

Results. Studies have shown that children have an average level of physical fitness. A low level of physical fitness was demonstrated during the endurance test. Below average physical fitness was found during the speed test and the long jump test. During the sit up test, most of the children showed above average physical fitness. Not a single student has demonstrated a high level of physical fitness.

The value of our study is that we identified which physical qualities are underdeveloped in schoolchildren. Therefore, in physical education lessons, teachers need to be given such exercises that would develop in children such motor skills as: endurance, speed and speed-strength abilities. The results of our research supplemented the data of Krutsevich T. on the periodic monitoring of the level of physical fitness of adolescents. It will allow the physical education teacher to see the shortcomings in the physical fitness of students. If possible, individually plan physical activity, realistically assess the level of achievement and systematically adjust them. And for students should be a stimulus of motivation for self-improvement of their physical abilities. Kuziomko et al. suggested reviewing the tests and requirements for them. The endurance test generally does not take into account time, for students of 5th – 6th grades. Therefore, it is quite difficult to assess this quality in students. We share this view. The opinion of Mameshena M. A. et al. that the urgent need today is to develop a system of tests and standards of physical fitness for students. Test exercises must meet the age and appropriate standards of physical fitness. They should focus on a "safe" level of physical health.

Conclusions. The analysis of the results of physical fitness of schoolchildren shows that physical education does not completely solve the problems of physical development of children. There is a need to improve the effectiveness of physical education in schools.
ihor11111 Bakiko11111 Copyright (c) 27 1 PHYSICAL FITNESS CONTROL OF PHYSICAL FITNESS OF 5-TH – 9-TH GRADES SCHOOL STUDENTS https://journals.uran.ua/index.php/1991-0177/article/view/276745

ihor11111 Bakiko11111 Copyright (c) 27 1
