PEER REVIEW PROCESS

All materials submitted for publication in the collection of scientific works "Visnyk of ChSTU" undergo a review process in several stages:

• the materials are checked for compliance with the subject matter of the journal and the requirements for the design;
• the article is tested for plagiarism using the Unicheck system;
• after a formal examination of the materials, they are transmitted to double-blind review: two reviewers receive materials without specifying any data from the author, and the author does not disclose the names of reviewers;
• on the basis of the review, the reviewer may give the recommendation to publish an article, send it for revision (with or without a re-review), refuse publication due to significant deficiencies in the materials (with the right to re-submit or without it).

OPEN ACCESS POLICY

This journal practices a policy of immediate open access to published content, supporting the principles of the free dissemination of scientific information and the global exchange of knowledge for the sake of universal social progress.
