Abstract

Disk piezoelectric devices are widely used in the elements of information systems. The multiplic-ity and variety of the practical application of disks with sector electrodes naturally stimulates theoret-ical studies, the purpose of which is to predict the characteristics and technical parameters of piezoe-lectronic devices that are created on their basis. Prediction is based on a mathematical model, which is the main result of a theoretical description of a real device.
