A new information technology of the analysis of spatial-temporal influence on the state of atmospheric air of stationary in space objects under uncertainty has been developed. The influence is formalized as an individual risk of morbidity of each person, depending on its stay at one time or another in the zone where there is or is predicted increased pollution of atmospheric air. Typical natural and situational uncertainties for this task, related to the collection of input data, the knowledge of precise locations and other parameters of stationary in space sources of atmospheric air pollution, as well as the dynam-ics of emission from them are formulated. Known and author methods and approaches for revealing or minimizing these uncertainties on the example of the task of analyzing spatial- temporal influence of allergenic plants on city residents using the data of the European Aerobic Network, are offered.Downloads
