THE MODEL OF MANAGEMENT BY CREATIVITY AND RISKS OF EDUCATIONAL PROJECT COMMANDS IN THE FIELD OF FURTHER TRAINING

Although higher educational institutions have implemented project management in their activities since last 10-15 years, they still continue to use outdated approaches to the management of educa-tional projects in the field of higher education, often passing experience of organizing and managing student education in the field of higher education to the field of professional development that is not logical and correct. These approaches require the improvement of existing experience and adaptation of project-oriented management of educational projects in the field of further training, as adult educa-tion organization has significant differences from the organization of teaching children and students. In the article, the author suggests to copy the process of cutting diamonds in project manage-ment, namely, to show the common features of diamonds processing with the management of teams of educational projects in the field of further training and relationship of project risks with the creativity of project team. It is a thorough comprehensive analysis of these aspects that proves relevance and points the ways to eliminate the risks that can affect the success of an educational project in the field of further training in the management of the team. The article presents and describes the parameters of creativity of educational projects management and the risks associated with people who have a significant impact on the success of the pro-ject. It is shown how the process of creative team management of an educational project in the field of further training can influence the achievement of the project goal. The article reveals the common features of project management and the diamond assessment system, and studies the relationship be-tween the management of educational project in the field of further training and diamond cut.
