As a result of research in the field of project management of a technology transfer office establishment in a higher education institution, it has been found that there are no modern communication channels between representatives of higher education institutions and business, primarily on the Internet. This is confirmed, in particular, by the results of observations and surveys. At the same time, as a result of research, employees of higher education institutions create technologies, develop and register intellectual property. The availability of modern communication channels, namely a website, which will cover the proposals of the higher education institution on newly created technologies and developments based on it, as well as give to the business representatives the opportunity to file a request for technology development in a convenient form, will establish a communication link to potential consumers. This, in turn, will increase the level of implementation of scientific and technical developments in the real sector of the economy. Based on observations and surveys conducted as a part of the project of a technology transfer office establishment in a higher education institution, the authors propose to create an additional product of the project – a section of the site devoted to technologies and developments. Due to the fact that the convenience and ease of the use of the site play an important role, the authors also propose methods to verify the compliance of the prototype section of the site to the needs of stakeholders. Based on the research, the authors propose a patented template section of the site, devoted to technologies and developments, which can be adapted by any institution of higher education. This template includes a graphical interface of the site section, which displays the main elements and their location, as well as program code. Usability testing has found that such a prototype section of the site, devoted to technologies, developments and intellectual property rights of higher education institutions, is easy to use and intuitively understandable for business representatives.References
