Abstract

Стаття присвячена аналізу останніх досліджень щодо успішності ІТ-проектів, проблем їх реалізації, можливості та засобів «порятунку» проблемних проектів. Виокремлено причини проблем більшості ІТ-проектів, основними з яких є високий ступінь невизначеності, постійні зміни протягом реалізації проекту, відсутність належного системного підходу до управління проектом. Цей аналіз підкреслює необхідність досвідченого застосування проектними командами гнучких методологій і дотримання основних принципів управління проектами, розробки процесів підвищення ефективності і виведення проекту з кризового стану.
