Development of the Pupil’s Agency as a Guideline in Professional Training of Future Teacher

Abstract

The article actualized the need to prepare teachers for the implementation of the agent nature of the pupil in the process of his training and development. A particular attention is given to poly-scientific knowledge about agency of the personality, which contributes to the expansion and deepening of ideas about this phenomenon. Theoretical and conceptual positions are presented that reveal the main features of agency of the pupil’s personality, they determine the substantive characteristics of the educational environment for its development and they are a guide in professional training of the future teachers.
